Historical, authentical villa with an excellent location: you feel like you're at the italian countryside, but at the same time it's just 5-10 minutes walk to the old town of Spello. Great supermarket also about 2 minutes by foot! Fabrizio is a wonderful, exceptionally dedicated host - truly one of a kind. He was always ready to help and gave us the best tips for exploring Spello. He even drove us to the railway station (both ways!). I highly recommend this place!

The property was close to the old town and the host was exceptionally hospitable and gave great advise on restaurants to visit and sites to see. Highly recommend staying there !!

Fabrizio was a warm and welcoming host. He gave us a thorough introduction, provided a delicious breakfast, many recommendations for the nearby area, and generally took excellent care of us. I could not recommend higher.
