Comfort temperature could be improved
Too hot, impossible to set a better temperature in the room, I slept with the window open and it was still too hot
Having a running fridge in the room for just two plastic bottles is noisy, energy inefficient and, finally, not nice to see

A lovely, clean stay in Spello with wonderful staff and beautiful views.
Although I was relocated to another hotel before my arrival, everything was communicated clearly and without any issues. I stayed at La Bastiglia, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The location was perfect, my room was lovely with a beautiful view, everything was very clean, the staff were hospitable, and the breakfast was truly very good.

Good night of sleep while walking the Via di Francesco
Located a little outside of the historic district of Spello, it is located right on the Via di Francesco/St Francis Way. Good facilities, quiet and with excellent beds, linen and towels. Adequate buffet style breakfast.

We enjoyed our overnight stay in a Villa close to the centre of Spello
Warmly welcomed on arrival and appreciated the quick check-in. An early swim in the pool followed by a yummy breakfast were much appreciated.

Charming and relaxing spa in a beautiful village. Staff member Francesca also provided local knowledge on what to see around Umbria province to fully appreciate the beauty of Italian countryside.

I feel like everything needs a makeover, the room and the pool area needs a good cleaning. My expectations were higher than live experience. Did not feel like I was staying at "a villa and spa"

Perfect quiet base for the Infiorate weekend
Cute little series of rooms only about a ten minute walk from the gates of the old town. Very good breakfast and just the loveliest staff. Also great value for money.

Just what needed
Wanted one night close to centre for L’Infiorata (flower festival) so used room only to sleep. Very central, a wonderful town we have visited before and only 30 minutes from airport
