everything you would need was there. Sheets and bed excellent.Even a tiny light to guide the way to the bathroom in the dark. Excellent! there was a lovely outdoor sitting area with a wonderful swinging seat!

Location was excellent. Monia was extremely helpful in getting us settled in the apartment. She even took extra time to help us out with some difficulties we were having with our local cell phone.

WiFi was a little inconsistent. Hot water in the bathroom sink was very slow.

Location is good, however it was differen from location on booking.com. only found out the exact location 40 minutes before arrival which is difficult for walkers on the Franciscan way

Little atmosphere sparsely furnished. Kitchen had good equipment yet not typical for italy where there would be some oil, salt and pepper.

Location Is great. Also, the possibiity to use the coffee moka ti make coffe in the morning was a great touch.

Our 2-night stay in TAU, a one bedroom, fully supplied (i.e. linens, coffee, tea, sugar etc.) apartment exceeded all expectations. The high-end quality restored building represents true thoughtfulness with an innovative architectural layout and construction to show off the original structure. It had caring touches of interior design. After messaging our arrival time, check in by Monia who met us as we drove up into this cute ancient hill-town was seamless. She escorted us to free parking nearby where the car stayed until it departed... Breakfast and lunch supplies are available at a very well stocked (with deli counter) endearing old-fashioned grocery store nearby and downhill. The neighborhood has several excellent restaurants for lunch or dinner too. What else to wish for when on holidays?... Thank you Monia for all the recommendations and help you gave us in many areas.

We had to leave too soon.. The granite stone steps with luggage to the entry door are for us (=aging couple) difficult to negotiate if not for help from our hostess. Descending by ourselves at the end of the stay was indeed easier ;-))

Ruime woning, beneden de woonkamer en keuken, boven twee royale slaapkamers en een ruime badkamer. Prima airco. Parkeren vlakbij met een ticket van de eigenaresse. Woning ligt vlakbij het centrum. Goede communicatie met de eigenaresse

Nel centro di Spello, ma in una traversa poco rumorosa. Inoltre la posizione è ideale per visitare altre città umbre. Pulita e proprietaria molto disponibile.

Il piano inferiore dove c’è la cucina resta un po’ freddo, nonostante i riscaldamenti, ma siamo stati poco in casa.

Stationnement facile, à une distance très raisonnable. Bonnes instructions. Bel emplacement, personnel sympathique. Calme (en mai en tout cas).

特になし。虫が多いのが気になりましたが、Vapeがあり、就寝時は気になりませんでした。

Il monolocale è molto carino, attrezzato di tutto anche nell'angolo cucina. La signora Monia è molto gentile e accogliente. Ci ha dato preziose indicazioni su località da visitare.
