Spello was gorgeous, and this property is centrally located. However, you can’t drive your car very close so be prepared

Spello has such charm! The property blends in perfectly with at statement.
Most important about staying at this property was the communication with the host. He provided transportation from and to the train station. The location was close to restaurants, grocery store, and within walking distance to amazing hiking trails. The suite was clean and comfortable.
If you have large suitcases and need help carrying luggage the stairs to the suite could be challenge. We are in our 70’s and managed.

The host was very responsive even though we have not met her. She has a tasty restaurant downstairs, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The place was even too bit for two people, so more people could have stayed in the same room easily.

Wonderful apartment in Spello
Our family of four was very comfortable at Residenza San Jacopo. It is situated beautifully near the top of Spello and allowed us a relaxing spot to call home. Communication with the hosts was seamless both before and during our stay. The apartment has great A/C and we loved having the beautiful windows opened. We hope to return to Spello and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location & helpful staff communication before our arrival!
Spello is a beautiful town. This apartment is right in the center and close to anything you might want to see during your time there. The staff communicated regularly with us and were very welcoming.
The kitchenette is great and we had all the pots and pans needed to make our own dinner. It would be super to have a bit of coffee and some oil provided.
