Everything! We have nothing negative to say. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. This hotel is family owned and it felt like it - which, from my perspective, is highly complimentary. The breakfast was fabulous. I would book this place again if we were to return. The terrace - which was on the ground floor and functioned as common space - was a beautiful place to sit. The view from our window was also beautiful. What a sunrise!

This hotel made a one night stay in Spello a really memorable experience.

A wonderful location with a brilliant welcome when we arrived. Parking near the hotel is a problem but we were given clear directions to free parking which was nearby.

Our room was great in many respects but only one plug socket near the bed made charging electrical items difficult. A minor point really.

Close to centre of spello beautiful view of countryside.

The rooms look over the Umbrian countryside stunning from your window. Staff very helpful in booking taxis and carrying our bags up stairs. Breakfast typical Italian bread croissant coffee some fruit.

Very nice staff, helped us carry luggage to the room. Lovely view from our room and from the dining room and porch where breakfast was served. Good breakfast. There was free parking, but a bit of a walk to reach. Spello is LOVELY!!!

Visitors with mobility issues should be aware that there is no elevator, and stairs must be navigated with luggage.

We enjoyed the warm welcome and the attentive staff with very helpful suggestions of where we could go each day. Breakfast on the terrace was perfect as was our evening drink before we walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The parking was on site and our room was large with a beautiful view of the countryside.

I came here for a quiet getaway so that I could get work done while enjoying a quaint town and a gorgeous view. The place was perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They frequently checked in to see if I needed anything and offered me free water and coffee. The breakfast was also lovely!

A wonderful stay in the gem of Spello with the best breakfast and hosts!

I loved the location, the comfort of the room and bed, the delicious breakfast, and most of all the very kind and helpful staff. The room felt so comfortable and cozy after a cold day of exploring. Giada even called a taxi for us to see Assisi. I would definitely recommend staying here again and again!

staff was helpful, willing to assist. helped in changing room after one night due to very VERY small sower... View from the room was magnificent! Decent Italian breakfast. enough to start the day.

Bad mattress needs urgent change, it was very old. Blankets are of the military type and needs urgent change. Shower was smallest in the world... (about 60X60cm, 24X24inch...) I think it was manufactured for doll house but was cheap enough to be used for tourists... even a thin person had to enter sideways...

Perfect stay in Beutifull Spello.

The hotel is located in the heart of Spello - which is priceless!!! There is a beutifull balcony with an amazing view at the reception floor where we also took our breakfast. Breakfast was suficient, as well as the room. Our room was cleen and we had a beutifull landscape. Staff was extreemly nice and eficient and gave us some good advices (Jada). The hotel meet our expectations. We enjoyed beutifull Spello.
