The dream of the Italian village

Too much, I love it there is a. Small garden outside and u can chill and enjoy the night view. City centre spello is just few mins walk for food and wine, sight seeing sunset and sunrise , has a bench to lay on. Host was very kind and only one person working as so please be patience , has parking as well, has a hair dryer & hot water bed is cozy and very soft. Had a good sleep! Thank you! God bless

Lovely room in the center of Spello

Well-located accommodation with an old-world charm. Clearly owned by art lovers, and I really enjoyed the personal touches. Bed was big and comfortable. Shower small, but that’s Europe! It was great for me.

The owner had no idea I was coming, despite having communicated about my arrival time the day prior. I had to wait awhile for her to retrieve me, as we weren’t understanding each other on the phone (I don’t speak Italian unfortunately). Really kind woman, but I don’t think she’s super comfortable with Booking.

Authentic old town experience!

We loved the charming hosts! The location was excellent and the room was spotless!! Non English speaking nonna and nonno where a delight !!

Great position, clean, comfortable and value for money.

A lovely position in a beautiful hilltop village with great parking. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the host welcomed us warmly. The art work done by her husband made the place feel special. Good value for money.

The location is great, near a small public terrace that offers spectacular sunsets.

The parking is was not accessible with my car. Not that it is particularly big, but the narrow road (stone walls at both sides) in combination with the position and size of the entrance gate made it impossible to get inside. Consequence: I needed to park 400m away, on a public parking lot, where I was lucky getting the last available spot. The room (described incorrectly as "apartment") was small but contained quite a lot of furniture, the huge new closets not matching the older furniture. The en suite bathroom was ok but dated, with a small shower, doors not working properly. View from the room was not interesting and only one window.

Kein Parkplatz ... Hunde nicht umbedingt erwünscht. Küche nicht vorhanden im Sinne des heutigen standart . Jegliche aktivita wird zum Fitness Training ink. Auto beladen U d entlehren . Deshal wird das vollkommen Uberheitzte Haus auch sehr unangenehm .. Stiegenhaus

Posizione unica, proprietaria impareggiabile, qualche cosa da "aggiustare" nelle dotazioni

Struttura in uno dei punti più alti e con migliore vista di Spello. La signora Margherita, che la gestisce da molti anni, ha una carica e una simpatia coinvolgenti.

L'arredamento della nostra stanza era un po' datato e con qualche "acciacco". La pulizia però era senza pecche. E poi la simpatia e la disponibilità della proprietaria hanno ridimensionato questo aspetto.

L’ ingresso al parcheggio in giardino faticosa per un’ auto piuttosto lunga. Avremmo potuto parcheggiare su strada, ma con i bagagli abbiamo utilizzato il giardino.

Camera spaziosa ma l'arredamento, datato, occupava troppo spazio. Tra l'altro era tutto superfluo per un soggiorno breve. Doccia poco funzionale e bagno al limite della sufficienza.

Piacevole soggiorno

Struttura nel centro storico, a pochi passi dal cuore di Spello. Nelle vicinanze bar e ristoranti. Non proprio adatta a chi ha auto grandi perché ci si arriva attraversando una parte di borgo anche se è disponibile un parcheggio privato all’interno. La proprietaria cordiale e simpatica nel dispensare consigli. Camera accogliente dotata di tutti i servizi. Prezzo congruo.

Un salto nel passato. Posti e cibo superlativi!

Posizione favorevole fuori dal caos del centro. C'è una salita impegnativa negli ultimi metri, ma la vista ripaga la fatica. La Sig.ra Margherita è incantevole e deliziosa.

Camera un pò vintage, ma se si conoscono gli Host si spiega tutto.

Camera essenziale, per una o poche notti potrebbe andar bene Teli da bagno e set da bagno inclusi

Arrivando da piazzale Kennedy è alla fine del paese, quindi tutto il salita (servizio navetta a pagamento) Non c'è ascensore (non specificato) Abbiamo prenotato una doppia ma abbiamo trovato un divano letto (non era specificato) A noi non ha creato nessun disagio però sarebbe opportuno specificare l'assenza di alcuni servizi.

La terrazza da cui ammirare il paesaggio.

Prima di arrivare la proprietaria ci aveva avvisato che non c’era più disponibilità di un posto auto, come indicato nell’annuncio e abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare fuori dalle mura a 800 m dalla struttura.
