Struttura in ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Spello a piedi e vicino ad Assisi raggiungibile in auto in soli 15 minuti.....ottima l'accoglienza molto gentile Alessandro... l'ambiente molto pulito e ottima la colazione....la camera che avevamo noi molto pulita un bel bagno grande e un gran bel televisore che in altre strutture non avevano.....consiglio a chi vuole soggiornare

An amazing location for exploring Spello. The city center is an easy 5-10min walk. Free and easy parking across the street. The room was clean, quiet, and simple. The breakfast was wonderful, offering both a sweet and savory option. The host was very kind and we enjoyed starting our morning with cappuccini.

No fridge. No tea or coffee . Not even a glass in the room to drink from.. Breakfast very ordinary.
