Charming Stay at Great Price just inside Wall

Close to free public parking & our wonderful host Mirco met us at this charming small apartment. He provided everything we needed- water bottles, coffee, and tea, breakfast biscuits, bottles of wine for small purchase! 😁 Very cozy with great temperature control, and extremely comfortable bed! And a bonus… washing machine!! Bring your own detergent (I travel with detergent sheets). Communication was fantastic.

This did not bother us, but I would not recommend this beautiful place for people who cannot walk up small circular stairs to the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom on the first floor so this wouldn’t be a good fit for you. Also note, The apartment is located inside the wall at the bottom of the old town. So there are lots of stairs to go up into the central location.

Good location for travellers on a modest budget

Good location short uphill walk to Main Street of Spello. Value for money.

Awkward to enter (particularly if you are a big person), very small bathroom and tight stairwell (also a problem for big people or those with mobility issues), minimal consumables such as kitchen supplies and bathroom amenities. Noisy air con. Bedding and towels were low quality (had seen better days).

Good value place to stay in Spello!

Easy to communicate with hosts, room had everything we needed, and it was in a good location, while also being quiet. Hosts responded very quickly when we had some issues opening the door, so the support was excellent.

Lovely stay in the most beautiful Umbrian village.

The room was well appointed, very clean and stylish. We had exactly what is needed; coffee, tea and snacks, fridge with cold water and citrus, wi-fi, tv, plenty of towels, a/c, good shower pressure. Quiet and a lovely window view.

No staff at the property. Key is left in the key lock. Very impersonal.

Little gem in Spello

Beautiful view from our room which had s little south facing balcony to enjoy it.

Google maps did not bring me to correct location but owners went above and beyond to find us and bring us to our beautiful b & b. Plus there was no hair dryer. But would still stay again.

Very close to the centre of Spello and the parking is close by although up a lot of steps which you can’t avoid in Spello- everything is uphill. Lovely little balcony to sit outside

It’s a small room, perhaps you could get rid of the wardrobe so there’s more room for cases and the chair to put your stuff on.

Would have liked to have known in advance that there was a very steep spiral staircase leading up to the bedrooms. Anyone with mobility issues would have had a hard time going up and down, especially with luggage

Superb

A wonderful calm location near the medieval walls of the town. A view of an olive groove from the window. Squeaky clean. Helpful management on the phone, easy self check-in. Overall, a very good choice.

The sleeping mat on the bed was really too soft, which for me brings a lot of discomfort. But it is a matter of personal preferences of course. I would also suggest to the proprietors of this otherwise very beautiful accommodation to install wall air-conditioning instead of the movable one on the floor; this type tends to be rather noisy.

Tidy and attractive property.

Access was not good because distance from Carpark and several stairs then also a tight spiral staircase. Hard if you have lots of luggage or big luggage or are older or have disabilities. Also very frustrating because we drove to the address in the website but the Carpark was in a different location.

The wifi did not work, there was no shampoo in the bathroom and there is nobody to ask for ot in the residenza. The fridge was noisy. The stairs to the room are very steep.

Very good location in a very lovely town

Spello is a gem of an old hillside town, so delightful. The apartment is close to the centre of town and there were facilities to make coffee. The apartment is on the ground floor.

Access was difficult, I could not get a taxi from the station and it was hard work pulling the suitcase up steep cobbled streets. There is a very narrow road which allows easier access and which leads part of the way but didn't discover this until after I arrived. I had a single room which was small but okay for a few nights.
