Cute property just inside the gate of the old town. Walkable from the train station. Comfortable bed, quiet. Good water shower pressure/temperature. Good Wi-Fi signal. Coffee, tea, water, cookies provided. Host very quick to reply to Booking App and WhatsApp messages. Check-in is not face-to-face—you must message the host before arriving and he will give you the lock-box combination. Overall a great place to stay for a short visit to Spello.

Excellent location with free parking nearby and a short stroll into the centre of beautiful Spello. Comfortable room with great views.

Tidy and attractive property.
Access was not good because distance from Carpark and several stairs then also a tight spiral staircase. Hard if you have lots of luggage or big luggage or are older or have disabilities.
Also very frustrating because we drove to the address in the website but the Carpark was in a different location.
