Great little residence just inside the old walls of Spello. Very easy access to the town- which is gorgeous, as well as free public parking which is just below. Easy checkin, comfy bed and great to have a little coffee machine. All in all, great value for money.

The location was perfect! A stones throw away from the shops and restaurants. The balcony was nice, the bed and bathroom were clean.
The WiFi did not work.

close to train and very peaceful area. easy check in amd check out. fabio answer quickly via whatsapp … will stay here again next time.

Tidy and attractive property.
Access was not good because distance from Carpark and several stairs then also a tight spiral staircase. Hard if you have lots of luggage or big luggage or are older or have disabilities.
Also very frustrating because we drove to the address in the website but the Carpark was in a different location.
