Do yourself a favour and stay here.

Very comfortable and character-filled apartment. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beautiful town of Spello and surrounding cities and villages. Monica and Sonia went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay, even taking us to and from the train station.

Great location and apartment, patio a plus

Located right at the buzzy gates into the charming old town, which is wonderful particularly if you have a car (large free parking lot nearby, 200M away). Charming, period-piece Apartment is one floor above street level, with lovely terrace overlooking the activity below. Good beds, very well stocked kitchen. Hosts were amazingly helpful with directions/suggestions/enabling our tours in town and throughout the region, and with minor issues with the apartment.

Wifi was erratic -- seemed to be an issue with the service provider, not the apartment's modem/router.

Two weeks in Spello

Monica and Sonia were treasures. They went to the train station to meet us and the day we left they came around to help us with our luggage and to take us to the train station. On arrival the fridge and pantry were stocked with an incredible range of food and drinks, which was greatly appreciated. Also the day before we left they left us a tray of pastries for our breakfast. The apartment was in a great location close to shops, bars restaurants and the train station

Memorable stay in a delightful apartment, in pretty Spello.

Fabulous location! Spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished apartment. Special balcony with outdoor sitting area. Variety of provisions for breakfast and snacks. Most importantly our host, Monica was helpful, informative and went out of her way to support us with medical and transport issues.

Exceptional

This was really a great place! We met June who showed us the appartment. A very good welcome, thank you June :) A easter cake was ready for us on the kitchen table 🥰 The appartment was great, clean, and with all the things you need. Location was great! The balcony was really nice, we enjoyed a glass of wine there on the evenings. Spello is a nice city, and Spello Patio House is a winner, we highly recommend it.

We’ll be back!

Everything! Great apartment, perfect location, wonderful host! It was very comfortable to stay there. You can easily walk to the fresh pasta store, a great butcher, a great fruit and veggie vendor, and even the supermarket. The restaurant next door has simple, but very good food for when you have worn yourself out walking. Spello is fabulous to visit.

This place is beautifully presented with lots of thoughtful touches. It is very comfortable and light and has a sweet balcony filled with flowers - even in December!

A family celebration uniting cousins from England and Australia we hired the entire house.

Beautifully presented, excellent property. Great location in Spello. Easy to find with easy access to the local area. Host Monica is exceptionally generous and very helpful with local information about walks, restaurants and local sites. One of the nicest and best b@b’s we’ve stayed in.
