Fantastic cosy quirky little apartment

Loved the location at the bottom end of town as it was downhill all the way home when exploring. Sonia was most helpful with recommendations for bakery and supermarket and very prompt to help me when I forgot my keys one day and was locked out. The apartment was tiny but delightful and I loved looking out my window to see and hear people coming and going through the city gate. Double glazed windows meant it could be quiet. Cute feminine decor and I loved coming home to it all the time. Bed was firm but not uncomfortable and the microwave and fridge were all I needed. It was up a set of stairs which might not suit everyone but I loved my stay here- felt like coming home each time I returned.

Could have done with a little table to put the electric kettle on as the power points were all low to the floor, but a small point.

I highly recommend Monica's place without a doubt. It was an experience being in Spello, but it was also an experience being in the apartment in itself - I felt like a princess. Monica is also the loveliest of hosts and will always be available to help during your stay. This was my first time travelling alone and she made sure I had everything I needed. Grazie Monica... until next time!

The host was very gracious and helpful. She gave me a bottle of milk since the shops were closed. she offered to have me moving some other guests staying in another apartment. The apartment was very nicely decorated and it felt very homely.

Superb

I would suggest installing screens on the windows. there is no air conditioning, and mosquitoes were very annoying to me. it cooled off at night. but those damn mosquitoes drive me crazy.

Great value and five star hospitality

The host at this property is exceptional. Responsive, flexible, and very kind. Five star hospitality! The Sleeping Suite is very good value: it actually has two rooms, including a separate space with a table, microwave, kettle, etc. The ceilings are high creating a spacious feel. The fan is effective at keeping the room cool when sleeping. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has what it needs. The location is excellent and safe.

Beautiful and cozy place - perfect for a couple

A very cozy and comfortable place, decorated in a beautiful retro style. Everything was clean and functional with all essential amenities provided. The location was excellent, about 7 min walk to the train station. Jane was very friendly and patient with us even after a train delay and having trouble getting off. She even picked us up from the next train station! Tip: not all train doors will open - look for the exit arrow on the floor. The highlight of our trip was enjoying dinner with Jane and getting to know about the local culture and also meeting the owner Monica. Thanks for being so friendly and making us feel welcomed on our first trip to Italy. Hope to be back here again!

The shower curtain didn't stop the water from leaking out.

Monica and her very lovely B&B far exceeded any of my greatest expectations! This is the first time that I have ever rated a B&B a perfect 10! I highly recommend Monica and her B&B. Dr. Frank V.
