An excellent place to stay!

The apartment is charming, clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. It’s an easy walk from the train station and also to the main square of the town. Along the way are stores and restaurants. The proprietor was always very helpful and pleasant.

It takes a bit too long for the hot water to arrive; the pressure is weak.

This was an amazing apartment in perhaps the best, beautifully flowered street in Spello! Picture perfect location in this quiet, beautiful town. The apartment had everything you could need, was cool, quiet, with a comfortable bed, great coffee machine, good lighting and plenty of space. Food and drinks were a very short stroll away and free parking outside the walls was about a 5 minute walk away. Giulia was a great host, always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

Superlative beauty, comfort and host

I have stayed in many booking/airbnb flats in many countries, and this one topped them all. The beauty, the location, the comfort, the exquisite care given to every detail, the sense of underlying peace and harmony -- all were incredible. You will be highly tempted, as I was, to skip sightseeing and just bask in its atmosphere. Best of all was the host Giulia, who went way above and beyond. Due to my embarrassing inexperience with Italian trains, I missed getting off at Spello, and Giulia drove 20 minutes to pick me up at the next stop, and also picked me up my last morning to bring me to the station. Exceptional host, exceptional space!

this was a stunning property with lots of amenities. the location was in one of the prettiest streets in Spello. Guilia was very efficient with instructions on how to get into the property and local tips.

Our host was welcoming and gracious. He was very helpful with helping us make reservations at our next stay and made sure we were situated for finding a place to do our laundry and shop for groceries 😀. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and all the amenities available. The apartment is located in on a very charming street that was unique and beautiful.

The perfect stay in Spello. The apartment is in excellent location in the heart of historical center. The leading alley to the apartment is the famous flower alley. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The hosts are super helpful and friendly. Parking is only a few steps away.

Great location on one of the prettiest streets in Spello. Comfortable, spacious apartment with functional equipment. Good bed, slept well. Quiet area. Recommended!

BRILLIANT. AMAZING. WONDERFUL.

This idyllic little apartment reach way beyond both my boyfriend and my expectations. It is situated on decidant street, coloured with flowers in the old centre of Spello. It is a beautiful apartment which is well equipped if you want to dine in or out. Simon, the owner, is incredibly proud of his splendid apartment. This transpires to make him think of little things that can a big influence to your stay, from bottles of water, toiletries and tea. Being the amazing host he is, Simon will also give you tips like what to do in Spello itself and the neighbouring towns around. He was always on hand to answer any queries we had. On our first night we went to one of his restaurant suggestions, ....., which had mouth watering food and a breath taking sunset over Assisi. If you are wanting to see the neighbouring towns around, Spello could not be more perfectly situated. It is equidistant between Assisi and Speleto. Both of which are much more touristy than Spello. This makes the return to the apartment each evening feel much more familiar and homely. There is FREE CAR PARKING a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, which Simon will also show you how to get. We really could not of asked for a better stay - Thankyou!!! Could not recommend higher.
