A clean and spacious apartment, perfect for up to 4 people. Just a 5-minute walk from the city center. Free parking is available, and the check-in and check-out process is simple and quick, with no need to wait for the owner. Highly recommended!

Plain but comfortable apartment, not in old town but great location opposite old Spello city gate and you could park.

simple economical apartment that was directly across road from the old city gate into Spello. well fitted out kitchen. Easy parking meant we could jump n car for day trips to Orvieto and other towns and at night could walk into Spello for shopping, dinner or just an apertivo.

Given price it was excellent. it was rather chilly and heating was not on (apparently govt energy rules)

La pulizia dei particolari il bagno lungo i bordi dei pietrini del rivestimento era pieno di peli e capelli la cucina era nuova ma i fuochi tutti il pianale schizzato di olio e le maniglie dei mobili appiccicose

Ottimo soggiorno a Spello.

Appartamento ampio e perfettamente pulito. Letti comodi. Bagno bello e ben attrezzato. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina, ma è comoda per 4 persone ed è sembrata ben attrezzata. Ottima la collocazione per il centro di spoleto. Se non si hanno problemi con le scale una porta nelle mura propio di fronte alla casa permette di arrivare in pieno centro a piedi in pochi minuti.

Il mio gruppo stava percorrendo il cammino di Francesco quindi il nostro bagaglio era ridotto ed avevamo la necessità di lavare alcune cose. La mancanza della lavatrice e di un posto in cui stendere si è fatta sentire.

Appartamento grande, pulito, cucina e bagni dotati di tutto, posizione eccellette a 50mt dall' ingresso del centro storico con parcheggio comodo e gratuito. Host molto gentili e precisi nelle comunicazioni. Lo consiglio vivamente.

3 wunderbare Tage in Umbrien

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch, sauber und gut ausgestattet, und Vieles (z. B. in der Küche und im Bad) war noch ganz neu. Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten, das Stadtzentrum von Spello ist direkt zu Fuß zu erreichen und Assisi in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben (zu dritt) 3 wunderbare Tage (also 2 Nächte) hier verbracht - absolut empfehlenswert!
