Decio's Balcony

Totul. Un apartament mare si complet utilat, cu un balcon superb cu vedere chiar in centrul istoric, unde are loc festivalul. Proprietarii au fost extrem de amabili. Au venit sa ne ia de la gara cu bagajele. Drumul de la gara nu este lung, dar este in urcare.Multumim Ivana si Doncho!

Totul a fost peste asteptari.

Our host met us at the station to assist us with our luggage. Ivana is very helpful and friendly. She guided us to the property and showed us around.The apartment is in a good location at the entrance to Spello old town which means that you don’t have to carry your luggage uphill. It is a good spot but bear in mind that a good location sometimes comes with a bit of noise from the many people who want to enjoy such a nice town as Spello. It’s not excessive but can last until 11pm or so. Having said that it’s fantastic for people watching from the comfort of your own place. There were a few things we thought missing and the owner took care of them immediately. The apartment itself is comfortable and has just about everything you need. It’s a good place to spend a few days in Spello

A little bit noisy at times . For Spello it’s probably good value but we have stayed in better apartments in many other locations in Italy Needs some updating of facilities
