Absolutely beautiful flowers everywhere and loved being able to have cold drinks on the patio.
The property was 1.7 km from Spello centre and that is what we wanted as we were back packing. Easy drive for a car. It was quiet.
We would have appreciated a more conventional shower that didn’t spray everywhere. we were awakened at 7 one morning because another was having breakfast but that is what happens.

a super nice place to stay. 30 mins walk from spello train station. and 25 mins walk to spello. the walk is very enjoyable. bikes were available also for free. madame maria was super very welcoming and happy to assist on everything we demanded. welcoming atmosphere makes you feel at home. enjoy spello.unforgettable moments.something unique and different from other cities.

Good room, pleasant and comfortable. Good breakfast in the breakfast room. Easy drive to entrance to Spello and carpark at €2 per hour.
