Absolutely beautiful flowers everywhere and loved being able to have cold drinks on the patio.

The property was 1.7 km from Spello centre and that is what we wanted as we were back packing. Easy drive for a car. It was quiet.

We would have appreciated a more conventional shower that didn’t spray everywhere. we were awakened at 7 one morning because another was having breakfast but that is what happens.

a super nice place to stay. 30 mins walk from spello train station. and 25 mins walk to spello. the walk is very enjoyable. bikes were available also for free. madame maria was super very welcoming and happy to assist on everything we demanded. welcoming atmosphere makes you feel at home. enjoy spello.unforgettable moments.something unique and different from other cities.

Adorable, quite place in the middle of a field (but still quite close to the city center of Spello). The view is just amazing and everything inside is newly renovated and clean. The owner was very cute and friendly. I'd come back immediately also because Spello is so charming and I ate so well there.

Lovely Country B&B

Except for the rooster in the morning it was very quiet and the rooster was more quaint than noisy. Being outside of Spello assisted with coming and going in the car which I think would have been more difficult if we had stayed in town. The location was perfect for the explorations of Umbria we were doing.

Two very small points. It would have been wonderful to have scrambled eggs or if not possible hard boiled eggs with breakfast. The other small point is a few specific restaurant recommendations would have been very helpful.

Die Lage war super; nicht weit von Spello einen sehr sehenswerter Dorf auf einem Hügel... typische in der Gegend.

Leider, das Frühstück bestand aus abgepackte Schinken oder Salami, Käse, 2 Becher Joghurt, 2 Berlingo Saft. Gebracht wurden Plätzen und Gebäck. Brot ist in Italien allgemein ein Problem. Auf einer Seite, wenn das Frühstück für alle am Vortag bereit im Kühlschrank gelegt wird, ist es in solcher Verpackung mehr hygienisch, aber Schade um so viele Plastik in der Umwelt.

Maria ci ha dato molti consigli su cosa visitare e su locali in cui poter gustare i tipici prodotti umbri.

La struttura è tenuta molto bene e curata. Ottima posizione che permette di girare l’Umbria in lungo e in largo. Ambiente molto accogliente e pulito. La colazione abbondante e con biscotti fatti in casa dalla fantastica signora Maria. Ci si sente a casa.

Muy tranquilo, limpio y agradable

El lugar estaba súper limpio, habitación cómoda y el desayuno muy completo, tanto que no pudimos ni con la mitad. El ingreso a la propiedad no es la dirección que figura en booking, pero la anfitriona nos indico que se debía aparcar e ingresar por la parte de atrás. Para mejorar sugiero que el camino desde el parking a la habitación sea de cemento porque al ser de piedra y de pasto dificulta llevar la maleta y además había llovido y con el pasto nos mojamos el calzado. En la habitación no había suficiente calefacción, no obstante es un lugar muy tranquilo y recomendable
