Great place in Foligno

The place was located in a very nice and quiet area, which I really appreciated. A short walk to the station and center of town. The room had a little balcony, which I loved, with beautiful view to the mountains. Smooth communication with the host. What I loved the most, however, is that the place really felt like a house and home with character.

The only issue, but not a big problem at all, is that the door is not solid and even if it’s covered, light still gets in there if someone turns it on at night in the hallway.

Great stay very close to Cascia, Assisi and Perugia. Highway few minutes away.

There are 4 rooms in the apartment and 1 full bathroom with a bathtub and 1 bathroom without a bathtub or a shower. No queue to use it. Walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town.

Owners were fantastic and great room and location.

I loved EVERYTHING! Firstly, the owners were absolutely fantastic and exceptional. They were ever so lovely and kind. And VERY accommodating. It was in a perfect location of Foligno. And the views from my room were breathtaking, I truly would recommend staying here. This was the best possible stay I could of had, in this spectacular part of Italy.

Ottima sistemazione

Stanza pulita e molto spaziosa, letti comodi. Posizione buona e parcheggio top, gratuito e sotto al palazzo. Host gentilissimo, ha accolto senza problemi la mia richiesta di late checkout.

La posizione ed i parcheggi

La camera con i letti a castello non è delle dimensioni come descritte dal sito (10mq) ma di 5,2mq ( ho preso le misure), senza un armadio x i vestiti ma una libreria occupata dai loro libri di cucina ecc con 2 grucce volanti attaccate alle maniglie e polvere x completare l arredamento farcito da ragnatele e muri molto sporchi. Completano l opera gli interruttori staccati dalla loro sede con fili scoperti e quindi non conformi alla sicurezza degli ospiti. Dimenticavo i vetri veramente fatiscenti, vivamente sconsigliato!!!

Non mi aspettavo di trovarmi in un appartamento condiviso con altre persone. La tapparella della mia stanza Nonna Luana non si chiudeva completamente. Entrando luce non mi è stato possibile dormire bene.

Ovviamente non c'è colazione essendo un affittacamere . la posizione è poco distante dal centro storico.

4 camere con un solo bagno con doccia e bidet e uno senza doccia e bidet non sono il massimo della comodità . Le chiavi di una camera aprono anche le porte di tutte le altre .

Non posso dire che cosa penso della colazione perché non era prevista. Forse per il futuro si potrebbe prevedere una forma di ristorazione volante, come macchina per caffè, merendine, ecc.
