It worked well for us and our needs.

The breakfast was great, the host accommodated our dietary needs. The setting was beautiful and had a good short dive in the pool.

The shower was a bit funky.

Friendly, flexible and fun. Oh, and there were fireflies at night!

Our host, Fabio, accommodated our needs at every turn. The remote setting and refreshing pool suited our preferences completely. The friendliness and relaxed nature of the host seemed to generate a general easygoingness among the other guests. We wish out stay had been longer.

We went during an extreme heat spell. The air. conditioning was barely able to keep us cool.

Beautiful place with stunning views! The flowers and the herbs around the house were very pretty and left an incredibile fragrance in the air!

The a beautiful historic property was beautifully renovated.The room was spacious with a fabulous panoramic view from the windows. it is on a vista that allows you to see Spello and the olive groves all around. there was a beautiful archway entrance to the pool of heavily blooming gorgeous dark pink roses. It was located in an area that wasn’t heavily populated and was very private. Yet it’s only minutes to the really amazing historic town of Spello. All, truly fabulous! Great made to order breakfast. Fabio the manager prepared it quickly and we’ll made with a smile on his face! We really liked him too!

The location was a great base for exploring Spello, Assisi, Spoleto and more. The swimming pool was terrific. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and peaceful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We really liked the hotel, it's a beautiful rustic farmhouse surrounded by olive trees, with a fantastic view of the historic center of Spello. Very well maintained, and the friendliness and availability of the manager need to be highlighted. The swimming pool it's a super bonus!

Casolare stupendo

Soggiorno splendido in un casale immerso nel verde, curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo, caldo e dall’atmosfera romantica e accogliente. La colazione è stata ottima e abbondante, con prodotti freschi e gustosi. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mirko, gentilissimo e molto disponibile: mi ha portato un microonde in camera per la bimba e ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili sulla zona. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca relax e natura senza rinunciare al comfort.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un punto da migliorare, la strada per raggiungere la struttura è un po' dissestata, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Bellissimo

Questo posto è una chicca meravigliosa in un’oasi di pace a due minuti in macchina dal centro di Spello, altrettanto meraviglioso. Camera piccolina ma funzionale e caratteristica, la vista dalla finestra è immersa nel verde della collina. Posto sicuramente adatto ai cani poiché c’è molto spazio dove farli correre e giocare, al nostro pastore australiano è piaciuto molto. Colazione completa e variegata. Se ci ricapiterà di essere in zona ci torneremo volentieri.

Luogo incantevole

Host molto disponibili e cortesi. luogo incantevole appena fuori Spello, circondato dal verde con vista su tutta la valle. Parcheggio 'sotto casa" e piscina ,se fosse stato bello un must notevole. Colazione servita e Fabio gentile accontenta ogni richiesta.

Camera un po piccola anche per 2 persone era difficile girare intorno al letto in due, ma visto che ci siamo stati davvero poco va bene.

Un piacevole soggiorno a Spello!

La posizione del Casale è strategica per visitare i borghi più belli vicino a Perugia. La camera era pulita e ben curata e a metà soggiorno è stata riordinata, servizio non scontato che è stato molto apprezzato da parte mia e del mio ragazzo. La colazione servita era abbondante, sia dolce sia salata. I padroni del B&B sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili anche a darci suggerimenti sui posti migliori da visitare in base a distanze e condizioni metereologiche. E' stato un bel soggiorno, da ripetere! Ringraziamo gli host per la gentilezza!

TRANQUILLITA' FRA GLI ULIVI

Casale nella campagna tra Spello e Foligno. Camera confortevole, con grande bagno e letto molto comodo. Ottima colazione servita dal gestore della struttura. Bella vista sulle colline e la campagna circostante, con piscina e tavoli anche all'esterno (non utilizzati perchè pioveva).

Venendo da Ancona/Foligno abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l'indirizzo affidandoci al GPS, che ci ha indirizzati verso veri e propri sentieri di campagna. Il B&B è invece ben segnalato venendo da Spello. Presa la strada giusta, ci si arriva senza problemi.
