Hotel and staff fantastic. Breakfast is great but coffee and juice are vile.

Cleaning a bit lacking. The parking lot and surrounding shops/restaurants paths on the same property is filthy. Litter and dirt everywhere. Reflects on the hotel. The whole complex needs a thorough cleanup.

A Great Base to explore the surrounding villages

All the staff are exceptional, especially the front desk very helpful. Also had a kettle and fridge in my room, makes a huge difference travelling. Parking right outside.

Nice, worth the money, will probably come back because of the breakfast and location.

Location is great, descent breakfast with various dishes (yet classical), bed is comfortable. it close to restaurants and to the city center (15 minutes walk).

First of all, the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Second - open closets, and no safe box (problematic for some people). The thing I did not like especially is the fact that they would not allow me to take the iron and ironing board to my room! they set it up for me in the conference room (some kind of auditorium). The formal excuse was some kind of safety consideration.... come on! none of the place I've stayed did the same! Other than that - coffee machines in the breakfast area are horrible, doesn't leave up to any Italian standards, crapiest cappuccino ever!!!

Excellent hotel, with terrific staff, Reccomend to anyone staying at Foligno.

The Staff were very cordial and very pleasing. A real pleasure to see their smiling faces after a long day. The prima colazione was on top of the game. I stay at many hotels and believe me it was at the top of the list. Really well done. Thank you again very pleasurable to say the least.

Very comfortable and friendly

New facilities. Comfortable bed, good internet connection. Very very friendly staff, from lobby to kitchen and bedroom maids. Breakfast really good, with golden kiwis and sweet fresh pineapple and many other options.

The shower was a bit old... falling down from the wall. But nice water pressure.

Hotel is located in business are of Foligno. There is ~1km to historical centre. Hotel is in modern style. Rooms are ok, silent area. There are two restaurants next to hotel. There is also a parking space.
