Very kind and gentle owner!
The apartment was very clean, even tho' the location is far away from the trainstation, it is at least a quiet area. The owner is one of the nicest persons I've met in bookings, he offered to help us with his car to get back to trainstation and made sure we didn't miss anything, he was always up to help us with whatever he could.
The location is quite far from the trainstation, but that is not the owner's fault and i understand, more of a review for future clients. The owner was kind enough to offer to take us to the train station! An improvement suggestion is to have a more complete breakfest. The "Breakfest included" would make a foreign tourist expect more than just the sweet italian breakfest.

Sistemazione ottima: pulizia accurata e attenzione anche per i piccoli dettagli; colazione abbondante, distanza dal centro storico 15 min a piedi, proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo.

la posizione, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e la possibilità di parcheggiare subito fuori la struttura.
solo da migliorare l'offerta e la qualità delle brioche e magari aggiungere dei biscotti a colazione. per il resto location in linea con il prezzo.

Colazione casalinga con cornetti e plumcake confezionati, non un gran che ma gestore molto disponibile.
Riscaldamento un po' basso come temperatura, rumori dal piano di sopra fino dopo mezzanotte.

Camera spaziosa e bagno pulito. Il proprietario gentile e simpatico ha fornito a me e agli ospiti un passaggio in stazione.
