The room really made my holiday, it was so full of character and style.

Wonderful room, tastefully decorated set in an old building that was full of character. My room also had a roof terrace with a lovely view. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and designed in a modern style and the TV was huge.

Nothing really, the apartment exceeded my expectations. A mini-bar type fridge would be useful to keep drinks and snacks cold.

Great location and price

The room was beautiful and very spacious. It is in a great location. Very close to restaurants and shops. We got clean towels every day.

I only wish it had a refrigerator and a microwave that would have made our stay so much better.

Really nice

Wow. There are no better words to explain how I loved this place. For someone that has been on the road since 1st September 2022, this place is unbelievable. Ok, I booked one of the biggest room, it was no just bi, it was really nice. You can find a similar place at the top end of the marked in NYC, London, Singapore ....

Maybe my fault. I did not get the WIFI; I understood that the WIFI was open but could not find it a connection. As the property is on the top floor and walked up / down the stairs; I am not sure if the lift was working or not. Maybe future guests can find out before booking this place.

EXPECT NOTHING - AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

The location is quite good - but everywhere in Foligno is walking distance. We had a late arrival (by one day) which took some coordination with the hotel who did not respond promptly to messages. Just to be clear - this is NOT a hotel. This is NOT a pensione or guesthouse - there are no facilities, no services, - just the room and NO heating.

Once they give you the key and show you the room you're on your own. Don't expect anything from anyone - in fact we didnt see anyone else during our stay. most importantly, there is no air conditioning or heating in the room which left us freezing cold, unable to sleep and with wafer thin bed throws which were meant to be blankets. All a bit "third world" for my liking.

Perfect location

The lady at the reception was very gentle and helpful. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. The structure is located inside the downtown walls but away from the crowd

When I pressed “pay at the structure” after 10 seconds I received a message from the hotel to authorize the money transaction which I refused. Payment at the structure it means pay at the structure, simple as it is.

Exceptional

I was surprised at first. The property didn’t really look like the photos. I was expecting something with period furnishings but in fact this was really modern. The room has been finished to a really high quality and specification. It’s rare to see such a quality finish for a holiday property. I was impressed. The air conditioning is really a centralised temperate control system managed by the owner. It was great in the sense it was noisefree ! Great location and spacious room. Good value

Posizione a 5/10 min a piedi per il centro . Ottima posizione , stanza grande ben pulita e accogliente . E ci ha anche dato l’ opportunità di lasciare la stanza un po più tardi.

Non hanno risposto subito al telefono quando stavamo giù, perché appunto non ci sta una persona che ti accoglie ti spiegano tutto da telefono . Ma appena ha risposto ci ha spiegato tutto nei dettagli . Dovrebbero mettere una posizione per vedere dove si trova l’ hotel più chiara perché inizialmente mi ha portato il navigatore in un altra strada . Oltre queste piccolezze tutto perfetto

Stanza molto curata e ampia, vicinissima al cuore di Foligno

Posizione ottima per la nostra esigenza a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro di Foligno e dal parcheggio delle conce. La camera era amplissima e adeguata a 4 ospiti. Il palazzo è storico ma la camera è perfettamente restaurata.

Tutto ok, giusto la comunicazione con l'host un po' complessa per l'accesso. Abbiamo aspettato 5 minuti al portone con una temperatura invernale rigida.

Struttura ottima e staff super

Struttura che presenta varie camere, alcune più moderne e spaziose di altre. Sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto in entrambi i soggiorni che ho effettuato sia della pulizia che della gentilezza dello staff. Mi sono venuti incontro e mi hanno aiutato in tutto.

Pecca di un pò di trascuratezza negli arredi e nella manutenzione generale. Il pulsante della doccia per passare da doccino a soffione era rotto. Le tende sporche. Con un pò di manutenzione sarebbe migliore.

Ottima posizione e strutta antica. La doccia è stata la chicca della stanza perché molto ampia e moderna. La camera era accogliente e calda in confronto alle temperature esterne.
