Relaxing stay

Lovely owners and very cute cats around the property! The room was beautiful with vintage wardrobes and view on the landscape around the house. The pool was nice to relax and cool down during a hot day. Spello has lots of cute shops and restaurants and is 5min away via car.

Exceptional

Lovely farmhouse which has been lovingly restored by the owners. A very friendly welcome, and extra touches eg morning coffee, though breakfast is not included, were much appreciated. Great pool, which was fantastic to cool down late afternoon after a busy sightseeing day! Spello is very close, and is such a pretty flower filled town, as well as excellent bars and restaurants. Assisi is nearby too, and is definitely worth a visit or two.

It was super!

The location is great, very close to Spello, (5 minutes by car) very quiet in the country, free and safe parking , all the rooms are at the First floor, the pool was ok, other guests were polite, The Place is good for a long stay. the Landlady, Mrs Franca, is very nice. I slept very very well!

Breakfast was perfect for us. Delicious coffee and excellent pastries, cakes, rolls, and yogurt. The lady who runs it was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Perfect.

Host Franca was great

Private -don’t enter signs at all entrances -initial confusion about where to enter -family member (presumably) told me in no uncertain terms not to enter private space after entering to meet hostess. Franca more than made up with her friendliness and going out of her way

The lady running it was very friendly and recommended a good restaurant for lunch, as well as aces we should visit in the area. I thought we were supposed to have breakfast included, but somehow it was not. However, she was accommodating and presented a beautiful array of savory and sweet items.

No wifi in room or common area. We were supposed to have 2 rooms, with 2 beds in each. There was only 1 room shown to us that had 2 beds in it, but the 2nd bed had no linens. We had to get a 3rd room to accommodate our group, at our cost. The bed I had had a metal frame at the top of the mattress, which made getting in and out of bed uncomfortable. It was a little tough to find it, as there are no signs whatsoever to indicate the site is the Antiche Damora.

The manager was really kind and available. The location surprised us, the pool and the outdoor spaces very well kept, for some relax after the excursion in the nearby.

Prachtige oude boerderij, geheel in stijl. Schoon, zeer vriendelijk, aanrader. Ook nog even 5 liter hele fijne olijfolie meegenomen uit eigen oogst.

Ideale Lage, sehr nette Gastgeberin!

Lage der Unterkunft ideal, um Spello, Bevagna, Foligno und weitere hübsche Städtchen zu erkunden. Franca ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, hat gute Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants gegeben. Pool schön, vielseitiges und gutes Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig, ist aber ok.

Fijne locatie bij Spello

Mooie kamer en vriendelijke eigenaar.

Zwembad was niet onderhouden en teveel wespen bij de douche. Met een paar ingrepen (gras maaien) snel op te lossen. Dan zouden wij een 9 of een 10 hebben gegeven.

Colazione perfetta, la ragazza che c'è era ha soddisfatto tutte le richieste, preoccupandosi preventivamente per telefono su cosa mi occorresse.

Forse leggermente fine le pareti tra le camere... ma questo non è un problema di questa struttura, ma in italia del 90% delle strutture. Insonorizzare costa.

Ci tornerei (sperando nel bel tempo)

Ottima posizione, immersa nel verde delle silenziose campagne ai piedi di Spello. Oasi di pace e tranquillità. Ideale x il relax ed il riposo all’ombra di tante piante o per prendere il sole ai bordi di una piccola ma piacevole piscina. Stanza davvero comoda (e pulita), arredata in stile campagnolo. La titolare, simpatica, accogliente e disponibile.

Sinceramente non è accettabile il fatto che non fosse prevista la colazione… Questa è stata una delusione (visto il prezzo della stanza: 80 euro con la tassa di soggiorno). Un piccolo dettaglio: la doccia in bagno da riparare (senza “cipolla” ), ma solo con la doccetta a mano.
