An oasi of Tranquillity and serenity

Love the spacious outside area and the fact that more families can be together without being on top of each others (we were 3 families with 3 different apartments)

The place is really a dream. Beautiful restored and with all the comfort you might dream about. Super silent. The green and flovers well curated and the host treated us really well giving us precious advise, bringing home make breakfast and telling us also the story of the place.

Great place in Fologno

The place is stunning and good value for money. Clean, good location and very pleasant to the eye. It's either a very recent residence or simply maintained at the very highest standards. Really appreciate the welcome breakfast basket provided on the second day, nice touch.

The owner wanted to charge extra money for sofa bed which was already supposed to be included. I had to tell him and he apologised. The initial greeting was a bit rushed and not very thorough, would have appreciated a warmer welcome (although we did arrive a bit late in the evening).

Relaxing stay in a small scale resort.

The owners were really friendly, they tried everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we told them our bed base was not good, the next day there was a new one, and when we had friends over for a day they made a fresh focaccia for us. Our 5 person appartement was very spacious. What we found very charming was that all the buildings had been newly erected using the old materials thereby carefully maintaining the original style and atmosphere.

During our stay two events were organised on the premises. At one of them the whole premises was used and we felt a little bit stuck in our appartement. Despite what was indicated our appartement did not have airconditioning. The owners indicated that this still needs to be finished. Luckily the bedrooms stayed rather cool. There could be some more kitchen utencils and table ware.

Superb stay, nothing to add.

Generally - all :) fantastic people and facility. When you wake up with the view on mountains and sunflowers - nothing to change... or maybe then go to the pool, which was also fantastic.

Mosquitoes and availability of air-conditioning. For kids - limited wi-fi coverage.

Il profumo di pulito quando entravi nell’appartamento, la posizione strategica per raggiungere diverse mete, il cestino di benvenuto la prima mattina con l’occorrente per fare un ottima colazione.

Un posto meraviglioso. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e l’appartamento era molto bello, arredato con cura e fornito di tutto il necessario. La piscina è grande con tanto spazio verde attorno. Ovviamente si possono visitare tutte le principali località della zona perché Foligno è molto centrale. Spero di tornarci presto!

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Posso solo consigliare di controllare che tutte le zanzariere siano a posto, quella del bagno era un po' sollevata... grazie!

Buona soluzione per visitare i dintorni

Accoglienza dei proprietari, gli ampi spazi delle parti comuni, arredo rustico, ma di gusto. Molto comodo per visitare Rasiglia, Bevagna, Assisi

Il materasso era scomodo, e la forte presenza di formiche in casa, capisco che siamo in un luogo di campagna, pero una spruzzata di insetticida da parte dello staff delle pulizie fatto in maniera costante non farebbe male.
