Bella struttura a un passo dal centro

Struttura ben organizzata, appena fuori dal centro storico e quindi con possibilità di parcheggio libero e gratuito. Evidentemente è stata rinnovata molto di recente. In particolare il bagno, ampio e funzionale.

Peccato che, pare per problemi normativi, la bella cucina presente nella ampia stanza, non possa essere utilizzata

Camera accogliente, climatizzata, TV, bagno nuovo perfetto, dotata di frigo, tavolino e sedie, 3p. Letto, posizione eccellente, vicinissimo al centro storico stupendo e tutti i servizi vicino senza dover usare l'auto.(Prezzo Onesto)👍 Siamo stati 4gg a Foligno e abbiamo visitato moltissime località umbre a poche decine di km. Troviamo Spello, Spoleto, Cascia, Norcia, Todi, Assisi, Rasiglia, Colfiorito e Perugia. Consiglio prenotare hanno 4 camere.

Disponibilità del gestore e comfort

Le camere sembrano ristrutturate da poco. La n.1 dove abbiamo soggiornato era davvero confortevole e silenziosa, ampio bagno, frigo in camera, balconcino esterno con tavolino annesso (utile anche per i fumatori). Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità al check-in nel soddisfare una nostra richiesta extra. La posizione è ottima: Bar pasticceria per colazione a 2 passi e parcheggio esterno su strada nelle vie limitrove. Punto a favore è la vicinanza al corso principale del centro (5 min) da cui poter andare a visitare le numerose chiese e i musei (consigliato Palazzo Trinci).

Una paletta per fare compagnia alla scopa che c'era (forse non l'abbiamo vista) :D

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le bellezze della regione

La colazione non era prevista, ma nelle vicinanze era possibile fare colazione in ottimi bar e pasticcerie. La posizione era a ridosso del centro storico della città. Unica nota negativa, il parcheggio, non previsto, e che doveva essere trovato nelle vicinanze.

Comfort, pulizia, cordialità e gentilezza, arredamento, servizi, posizione, prezzo.

La stanza era fredda e difficilmente si riscaldava col condizionatore; la doccia aveva una bassa pressione non mandava acqua molto calda.
