Relaxing stay with wonderful hosts
My wife and I stayed here to relax after our wedding, and it was absolutely amazing - so peaceful and comfortable. Lisa and Nando, the owners, were incredibly helpful, giving us lots of great information about the area and recommending excellent restaurants for dinner. We had wonderful conversations with Nando, and he even showed us his personal vegetable garden ('orto'). We highly recommend staying here - they made our post-wedding getaway truly special.

Very convenient location, easy to arrive to many umbrian towns. Nice house, nice garden and nice rooms. The place is very well maintained. The owners have surely put their hearts into it.

Wonderful, caring hosts in a beautiful setting outside Foligno!
The grounds were exceptional—beautiful, well-cared for and unusually curated by a caring Gardner, Nando—Bonsai! The interior is the home was filled with art and light, and our suite was quite spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lisa was a delightful and caring host. Nando offered to drive us to our dinner and arranged a return taxi to spare us having to drive having had wine.
It was outside of a town, but this was a minor issue.

Everything. Perfect stay, perfect hosts. The place has been amazingly put together to offer the guest all requirements. Luxury at an affordable price.
Internet connection was for some reason slow in our room and not as fast as we normally expect. But this is not a problem in the end, because eventually the service will come through.
