NIce Bed and Breakfast

This B&B met our needs for the 2 nights that we stayed here. Owner was very pleasant. We had an early morning train to Pisa, before the breakfast opened but she told us to go ahead and make coffee and enjoy some cookies that were left on the counter. Owner arrived as we were getting ready to leave and told us to take croissants or pastries that she had just purchased, with us to eat later. The rooms were well sound proofed. We did not hear any of the other guests.

Modern but classic

The room was very clean and modern but they had maintained the features and character of the lovely old building. 10 minute walk from the train station and only a few minutes to the start of parkrun for those so inclined on a Saturday morning! (Highly recommended run around the city walls). The host held back some breakfast for us after parkrun and allowed us a slightly flexible checkout (prearranged) to shower afterwards. Self check in was smooth. The B&B is within the city walls but towards the edge so it's a quiet area but a very short walk to restaurants, sights etc.

Some of our fellow guests were less than considerate getting back late and being noisy and the sound travels in this old building. This is out of the control of the owners but light sleepers may consider ear plugs even though the area is quiet.

Wonderful location in heart of Lucca

Great location, lovely breakfast.

My room was right next to the breakfast area and as I’m a light sleeper I was woken up at 7:45 every morning when folks started to trickle in.

shower (inside the bathtub) must be held all the time to avoid spilling out of the bathtub, as its wall support doesn’t allow adjusting the angle, and there’s no shower curtain or anything.

Cosy stay in the centre of Lucca.

Pergola house was a perfect spot for our 1 night stay in Lucca. Easy to find, right in the centre of town, so easy to walk everywhere. It had a really homely feel to it, cosy rooms and breakfast in the morning was fabulous. Facilities are exceptional. We cannot wait to stay again. Thank you!!

A perfect location to discover the town

The room was compact but had very high ceilings which mAde it feel spacious. The bathroom was modern and large with plenty of towels. A charming B&B. I wish we were there longer. great location. Quiet at night and a nice breakfast in the morning. A very comfortable stay.

Terrific accommodation in old center!

Beautiful and space with large common area. Clean, spacious and well air conditioned bedroom. Easy self check-in. Ten minute walk to station. Abundant breakfast and extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Very generously helped be book a taxi.

Hübsche Altstadtwohnung mit antiker Möblierung, gutes Bett und Frühstück.

Schön möbliertes Altstadt Logis, direkt am Shopping Viertel. Gerne wieder, Frühstück war lecker und gut für den Start in den Tag.

Parksituation ist etwas mühsam, man kann zwar bis zum Hotel fahren zum Abladen, parkieren muss man aber ausserhalb der Stadtmauer, 10 Minuten zu Fuss.

Lucca una bella sorpresa

Posizione comodissima per visitare tutto il centro di Lucca, una città che non conoscevo e che mi ha veramente sorpreso positivamente. Soggiorno pratico e piacevole senza nessun inconveniente. Lo consiglio per un fine settimana o anche di più e per godersi i tanti luoghi e scorci

Soggiorno molto rilassante

La struttura si presenta come una dimora nel centro della città, in una via secondaria e si affaccia su una piazzetta. La stanza è dotata di bagno privato di buone dimensioni, noi eravamo in 4 quindi piuttosto 'esigenti' di spazio, ma per 1/2 notti è ok. La notte si riposa benissimo perché tutto è molto silenzioso e la posizione è ottima perché a due passi da piazza Napoleone. La colazione è ok, ed il personale molto gentile.

Tā kā nomājām auto, nebija to kur novietot - būtu jāparedz, ka ceļotāji, ja paliek Lukā, var novietot nomas automašīnas blakus viesnīcai/apartamentiem - tāpat kā rezidenti pie dzeltenās līnijas, mums bija jāiet 1,2 km līdz stāvvietai, kur mašīnu novietojām bez maksas - baltajās līnijās, jo visas maksas stāvvietas zilajās līnijās bija aizņemtas.

Posizione centrale molto comoda

Posizione ottima, a meno di due minuti a piedi da Piazza Napoleone dove si tengono quasi tutti i concerti del Lucca Summer Festival. Parcheggi comodi anche su piazzale Risorgimento appena fuori porta San Pietro (da piazza Napoleone verso sud). Bagno con doccia molto spaziosa.

Colazione ottima. Prodotti dolce salato provenienti ogni mattina da pasticceria lucchese portati da Lucia. Lucia è la persona di riferimento fantastica. Posizione eccezionale. Ci torneremo sicuramente
