Pleasant stay, good location

The location is perfect, close to the station, the old town and the supermarket. The shared kitchen is also nice in case you need something from the kitchen.

I think timeous instructions on what to do upon arrival will help.

Midweek Lucca break

Excellent accommodation close to the city walls with the centre of Lucca within a 15 min walk. Spacious room with en-suite bathroom. Well maintained building with a really well appointed communal kitchen area providing early morning breakfast. Host was very welcoming and in contact on the day of our arrival to ensure seamless check-in. Overall an extremely pleasant stay.

Perfect stay

Very good location, very good breakfast, amazing host. The whole stay was quite perfect. Its about a 10 min walk from the train station and about 5 minutes to the nearest gate into the walled city. Very safe. Unlimited coffee was a great addition.

Perfect for my Lucca stay

Spacious, clean, comfortable and I enjoyed access to the balcony. The location was great for both access to the train station and sightseeing. Friendly and helpful staff (thanks Rylie). Included breakfast also good. And I appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check out.

The room is clean with a comfortable bed. Filippo was extremely helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us. Location is perfect was waking into Lucca.

Delightful B&B

Basic but nice size room. Newish bathroom. Access to kitchen for making a lunch and tea. Good selection continental breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to old city and grocery store.

A bit of street (vehicle) noise occasionally but not an issue. Neighborhood otherwise quiet.

A really enjoyable stay in a wonderful location.

The location is excellent, in a very nice residential area - and very close to the Elisa Gate at the City wall.. Nice views of the Tuscan hills from the room. A very comfortable hotel and wonderful breakfast

The property was excellent, lovely and clean with a great breakfast that really exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable enough, lovely big towels. Easily walkable into the walled part of Lucca. Would definitely stay here again. I really recommend this place.

External private bathroom was not near the room. Room and sheets had a bad odor. Bathroom lock wasn't working properly. Thin walls, therefore lots of noise from the next room. Couldn't sleep well

Amazing stay for the value just outside of Lucca.

This place was so clean! The bathroom was the best one I used while traveling all over Italy. The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious as well. Breakfast in the morning was very good. They have a really awesome self service espresso machine and that thing alone was worth a ten rating. Leonardo was a friendly inn keeper and when I had an issue with the shower, he fixed it immediately. It was overall a great value.

I wish that the check in instructions would have been more clear. The B&B is located in a residential apartment building, which made it a little difficult to find. An email with more instructions would have helped. The location was very peaceful and quiet, but it didn't feel like Lucca (the city wall is less than a five minute walk though!). If location is really important to you, I would recommend staying within the city walls.

It made visiting Lucca for a Puccini fan an even more enjoyable stay than expected

It was excellent for exploring Lucca and with no parking difficulties. It was a quiet location and Giovanni and Julia were most welcoming and helpful. Our bedroom was cool and comfortable ( in very hot weather) and the breakfast was very generous.

Pleasant room with a nice bathroom and a small balcony close to one of Lucca’s gates into the walled town. Great value for money. Nice cold breakfast provided.

Check in was quite late but we were able to check in a bit earlier so that was good.

basic comfort missing

Situated not far from an entrance to the city , free parking on the other side of the road . Nice view from our room . A small room but sufficient space . Fresh rolls for breakfast , cheese , ham , yoghourt and juice . Coffee from an all in one machine ...Bialetti would be better . Cheap petrol around the corner .

Airco not functioning , no WiFi , 19th century style matras and bed ( = lack of comfort ) . Drain in shower needs to be looked after ... Funny that this place is rated 9,3 , sorry but that is exaggerated they deserve a good 6 .

The hotel is really close to the center. The accomodation is really cheap, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is really rich. I hope to stay by this structure again! The staff was really nice and always available to help you!
