Third visit to this hotel.. For Lucca I wouldn't go anywhere else. Really helpful staff. good breakfast.

Nice 2 night stay. The staff were very helpful and the included breakfast was good. The property is quite close to the Porta Elisa gate into the old city but that gate is quite a distance from the main parts of the walled city.

Location. Size of the room. Decoration. Good breakfast. Nice Balcony
External private bathroom was not near the room. Room and sheets had a bad odor. Bathroom lock wasn't working properly. Thin walls, therefore lots of noise from the next room. Couldn't sleep well
