Very clean, spacious apartment.

Spacious room, kitchen use, spotless bathroom in shared apartment. Everything was inpeccably clean. Very close both to the ancient city walls and to Lucca train station. Definitely good value for money.

The bathroom window was always left open. It made it a bit chilly when you entered.

Perfect location, very clean & comfortable beds

Fantastic location literally just outside the city walls. The aircon was an absolute godsend with the heat and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The whole place was spotlessly clean after the cleaners had been through. I’d probably opt for the room with private bathroom if I was to stay again, but simply because of other guests, no reflection on the cleanliness of the property. The terrace was really nice to sit outside & enjoy a glass of wine on.

Nothing major, but be advised that the room with the private bathroom doesn't mean it's an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is just down the hallway. We didn't realize this when we booked.

good for a short stay

very close to the city centre

it was odd in the morning when we open our door and try to pack up our stuff there was some gentleman sitting by our door waiting for… who knows… also internet was connected but didn’t work at all (wifi), we didn’t say anything as we stayed only for one night.

Budget place in Lucca

Clean room with private bathroom towels and Wi-Fi. Perfect location for all people travelling by car (beside city walls but outside ZTL). Free parking space, good value for money. Keep in mind that the landlord has to be informed in advance about the ETA.

Shower could be better - it's not separated with any cabin stall and water splashes all around the bathroom.

The beds were the best. We had our own bathroom and shared a kitchen and a Balkan. Nice place to meet new people.

Easy access, clean and spacious room, fridge in it. Location close to city. Great checkout process: we were informed we could stay as long as the hiusekeeping will get to clean the room.

The bathroom a little bit crampy, meaning that if were sitting on the toilet, your legs would be sitting on the margin of the shower. But anyway, nothing major, is fine.

Super clean and comfortable room. The bed and pillows were perfect after a day of walking in Lucca. The self check in was easy and effortless.

This was the worst place we have stayed in Italy. Since there is no AC, and the fan they put there is old and not powerful, it was impossible to sleep due to the room is extremely warm. The room is old, with cheap facilities and not very clean. The door handle of the bath doesnt work properly. The refrigerator doesnt work properly and it is not cold enough. The fan is bad. It is in a first floor where if you open the window everyone can see straight in. The room is dark and it is a lot of mosquitos The bathroom was small and unconfortable not easy to take a shower. The internet wifi connection was horrible. We couldnt use it since the signal was too weak. They leave an old coofee machine there for you to use. We paid 63 euros for the place and even it is cheaper compare to other places in Lucca, we felt like robbed and expensive for what it is. It is a cheap place that charge more of what they should.

Nice atmosphere and room style, fully furnished, comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms and one had private bathroom. Close to the city center (walking distance). There was also a free parking. The funniest thing was there were tea-bags and coffee machine in our room, but no kettle, nor cups or coffee.

Good location and price.

The "private" toilet for which we paid extra was extremely dirty. There was a blood on the bidet, hair on the floor and in a shower. Of course I understand it's lower standard because of the price but cleaning services are basic thing expecialy while covid.
