staff are so lovely, great location for shopping, cafes, restaurants, metro links, comfy beds and good showers
stayed in the room next to the kitchen and breakfast area and was rather noisy in the morning

Great bedding and also the bed was great for a good sleep. Everything perfectly clean. Kind people at the reception, offered is a free glass of wine that was delicious. Also very nice rooftop terrace. We will come again!

Hotel is located in a very good location, near metro station that connects to the airport, plenty of restaurants around and walkable distance to most of the touristic places in Copenhagen. Room is very comfortable and accommodated me, my wife and our 3 years old son very well. We shared the queen bed and it was fine.
The water kettle wasn’t clean. They should check it. That’s the only negative point I found
