Super location, nice and clean, couldn’t fault the check in and check out process and responsiveness of the staff via what’s app.
The only suggestion would be to install a lift to help with carrying luggage upstairs. We had four suitcases and even as two healthy adults and two children it was a struggle as we were on the top floor (apt 30)

Property is close to the metro and is within walking distance of all the shops and sightseeing. Apartment was clean and well furnished.
First night we stayed, we were woken up at 6:30 by a company doing some work on the exterior of the building. Looked out my 2nd floor window to find a man standing right outside my bedroom window. Third night I was there, was woken up at 5:30 apparently by the garbage collectors who were collecting the garbage. A heads up about these known disruptions would have been appreciated.

Location.
Budget room for Euro 300 per night.
Very basic stuff, no personality.
No lotion, no hand paper.
The customer service sitting somewhere in Asia, has no idea about the place and city.
