Great hotel, in a great location. Unfortunately our room overlooked a busy street so had 3 nights of no sleep. Friday and Saturday nights seem to be especially lively with people shouting and screaming non stop in the streets until 06:00 in the morning. Not ideal with a baby! However, the baby did love looking through the big window in the day. We were lucky enough to see the band on 2 days as well. Breakfast and cocktail bar was excellent!

Everything was good except there was a slight drain like smell from the toilet on a constant basis but ok if we kept the door closed. Also it would have been helpful if we could have turned the temperature down at night, we tried but couldn’t really figure it out.

Hotel well located. Rooms are pleasant. Lovely fire burning in lounge. That is the positives. Now the negatives. Bar staff. Reception staff are veryunhappy and bar staff are just rude. Never got room cleaned or bed made on second night. All in all. It was average stay. I always book hotel 25 hotel rooms. This one was poor for there standards. Also. As a premium guest of hotels.com. We were suppose to get a free bottle of wine. Reception refused to keep to the bargain. Very poor service

Room quirky and very clean, furnishings and paintwork were immaculate, staff polite and accommodating, central location. Hotel is positioned in a noisy area above a nightclub which we weren’t aware of. First night didn’t get over to sleep until 5am. The staff moved us the second night to nice the front entrance which was better but still a lot of noise until 1ish

Fabulous stay. Lovely staff, lovely room, good check in and check out times, great location, fun minibar treats. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay. Shame the hotel bar was not open later but we were able to purchase drinks before close and stay in the lounge as long as we liked which was a good compromise.

My wife and I loved everything about this hotel. When we arrived we requested an additional bed for our son who was visiting one night from University and they immediately accommodated us. The hotel was so much more interesting than the standard chain hotels. The decor was unique, creative and interesting and every inch of space was carefully thought out and appealing. The breakfast was excellent as was all the staff. There were endless drink options at all times and they even refill the minibar (including beer!) at no charge. The room was spacious while also having a separated and private bathroom and shower area. And the best part about it was the perfect location. Right in the heart of the dining and shopping district as well as extensive historical and art-related sites and parks. A ten minute walk in any direction had everything you need. The metro was a 5 minute walk and there is a grocery store across the street too. We absolutely loved the beautiful city of Copenhagen and the 25 Hour Indre By hotel made it that much better. We look forward to future visits to this location or one of the many other locations throughout Europe. Highly recommended!

25hours Hotel in Copenhagen city center is a well-located, well appointed property with a buzzing bar and and amazing restaurant. Unfortunately staff provided a slow sub-par check-in experience, bar staff was grumpy and rude, and the reception didn’t manage to increase the temperature in the room to make it inhabitable for the night. This despite fair warning and hours to try and fix the problem. Consequently I checked out late in the evening and found other (warmer) accommodation which is essential in Copenhagen during October where temperatures are creeping down towards zero. No apologies were offered by staff and I was charged in full for the room. 25h hotels will no see me back as a guest again. Big shoutout though to the hotel restaurant, NENI, which was a wonderful experience offering the best Israeli-inspired dining in Copenhagen. Definitely a place I’ll return to.

The location near the shopping district is the best thing. The hotel has steps for which help was mostly not offered. Even from the reception to my room, there were steps. Service is spotty—our bed was not made. I’m not sure why but they had slippers in the luggage store room. But not in the bedroom.
