Extremely small rooms. Even when we got a suite. Sauna was under construction, which is part of why we picked the hotel. Nothing on their website said that it was not available. Huge disappointment. Staff is super friendly and great customer service though.

Very comfortable room. There were some issues with the AC. At first it wasn’t cooling the room adequately. That was resolved but then the compressor was quite loud and sounded like it needed some maintenance. A maintenance person I spoke with actually confirmed that the hotel had opted not to replace some components that should have been replaced prior to opening. Hopefully they will address that. Otherwise, very comfortable stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel's check-in time is 3pm, and they will not budge. We arrived around 1pm and thought it might be possible to get the room. Kept being promised it would be expedited and ready as soon as possible. 3pm arrives, and the room is still not ready. We ask to speak to a manager, and magically, the room is suddenly available and we receive the key to the room. I hate being lied to. Poor customer service. Do better.

We recently stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary for 3 nights, the hotel had only been open for a few days prior to our arrival. We booked this as we had previously stayed in the 1 Hotel Toronto and had a great experience. The hotel decor was stunning, and the room itself was lovely - very comfortable and really thoughtfully decorated. Unfortunately we had internal room that overlooked the bar area and the music was very loud until 1:30am each evening

This hotel is ideally situated to everything one would find interesting as a first time visitor, incl. walkability to shops/boutiques, various restaurants, other fascinating sights and the likes, museum accessibility, options to borrow bikes from the hotel as well, and really lovely staff and service. Great stay. Very helpful staff. Wonderful area, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. One dislike was that the hotel is currently under construction so expect to be woken up around 7-8 am by construction noise.

The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and some of the stuff was great as well. The night receptionist was not that friendly and he seemed surprised when we asked about the times breakfast was served. There was no pricelist for the minibar. One of us used a small bottle of water and it was more expensive than a beer out in the city centre bars. Overall we liked staying at Skt Petri, but we didn't think it was a great value for money.

I have stayed here a number of times before. The hotel in in the throes of a gut renovation with only 2 floors being used. There is no lobby, no amenities, and there was no warning when I booked. It was noisy with construction dust everywhere. Horrible!

Made the booking with the wrong date, tried to change it, of course my mistake, no help by hotels.com and neither at Sct Petri. Been there many times and would had hoped for some kind of service, did not happen, money lost and know better for next time.
