Incredible!!! Our mini apartment was SO clean. we had a slow shower drain a few days into our stay and they were responsive within 30 min and a plumber was offered that afternoon or next morning per our choice. Was fixed when we were out and it was like nothing ever happened. Even the basement laundry room was SO clean/tidy/laundry soap offered. The location could not be beat…grocery store literally next door, train station across the street. Food hall a block up the street, the Stroyet and tons of restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. We loved this little apartment and would wholeheartedly recommend Venders again. If I had any suggestions it would be to add hooks in the bathroom for towel drying, clothes etc.

It's at the center of city (in my opinion). It's very close to shopping area, restaurants, and subway station. There is a supermaket just at the corner. Very convenient, at a reasonable price. Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out.

I had a gorgeous apartment with an incredible, ornate ceiling. Very well-designed space and easy access to the metro thag goes directly to the airport. Only negative I'd say was the lack of AC. As the apartment does face a very busy street/plaza on the hotter months it may not be ideal. Two small things to mention more for the company to take note: the shower curtain gets pulled into the shower when the water is on by the breeze, there needs to be a heavier curtain installed so it's not brushing up against guests when they shower. And the bathroom mirror needs to be secured better to the wall. Went to lightly wipe some steam off with a towel and it almost fell.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The building is located in a very good location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and right across the street from the train station. But note that if your apartment is in the front of the building with windows facing the train station, the outside noise can be very loud on the weekends. Additionally, there is the constant beeping of the traffic lights. I didn’t notice it at first, but it was endless for my husband and very annoying when the windows were open and we weren’t watching tv. No quiet time with the windows open. And there is no air conditioning, so open windows were necessary.

Our party included my elderly parents, sister and nephew. First, the airport train dropped us off directly across from the apartment. From there, it was an ease to get in and out of the place with check in instructions sent via email and text the day before. The 2 bedroom space is plenty for us as we're out roaming around all day (I had no problem at all sleeping on the sofa bed). The location of the Venders is top notch where we could walk everywhere. For destinations farther away, there are plenty of bikes to rent off the streets (via phone) or bike rental literally 5 steps from the front door. We also took the bus when my mother got a little tired. Oh, the place has an elevator so that was a huge plus for my mother. In addition, there's storage lockers in B2 in case you need to store items after check out and before heading to airport. Will not hesitate to stay here again!

Clean, responsive front desk. Area noisy, too many homeless people. Apartment has no storage, one cupboard had a vacuum in it. Had to live out of suitcase for 7 days. Housekeeping should be included for a 7 day stay. No instructions to operate appliance, put the garbage out. All in all very average,
