Excellent breakfast, nice room, good central location, excellent service from reception and cleaning staff.
Nice bathroom in the room.
We asked for a large double bed but the first night it was 2 singles put next to each other.
We couldn't work out how to use the air conditioning so the room was very warm at night.
Some more storage space like drawers and wardrobe would have been nice.

The room was extremely clean and perfect for me during my stay. The breakfast was great and there were lots of options to choose from. The hotels location is great and just a short walk from Tivoli gardens or to Strøget.
The room got a warm during the evening, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. I would have left the window open but the hotel is located close to bars and restaurants and some people were loud in the street.

Friendly staff
Room configuration. Bed like a double bunk. Corridors a maize. Foyer toilets not serviced. Dirty cups and glasses took long to clear. Shower water ran to the rest of bathroom wetting the floor near toilet etc.
