Staff were wonderful, breakfast very nice. Everything clean.
We had a room overlooking the street and there was a lot of noise early morning from 0530hrs onwards with roadworks and bin men (not hotels fault!!!)
Someone cut through a wire so WiFi in our part of the hotel only, did not work for 24hrs. After it was fixed, no issues!
The curtain would not close right across our large window making the room not completely dark and preventing us from sleeping. Asked staff to assist and we were moved to another room this time overlooking the court yard. Really appreciated it!

Great location, wonderful lobby, excellent idea with the free happy hour wine. Great that there was a kettle in the room and not cardboard cups. Also Perchs teabags (but not enough)
Our room (405) was small, and the double bed was small and a little hard. Cups without handles? No thanks. The decor was slightly depressing and very grey. No space to place suitcase. Space only for one bedside table.
