Paid extra for a superior room with large windows etc, got a quite crappy room with only one window, felt extremely small (room 305). I told them it was my husbands 40th well in advance but they didn’t acknowledge that with even a happy birthday wish, seriously thats just bad customer service, the breakfast was good but everything else just average. The staff was not very friendly or customer oriented either,.

Think European boutique hotel in a good location…small rooms, limited amenities, etc. Be aware, no AC except opening a window; not sure about heat. Welcome upon arrival efficient but far from warm. Service in the one area to get a cocktail was the worst I’ve experienced. Breakfast was ok. AM front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Great front desk personnel.Beautiful lobby& restaurant,very appealing. Our room was spacious; the bed was comfortable My only problem was with the shower curtain. It seems the curtain could be a more water resistent and possibly some weighted piece in the base The floor easily gets wet and is slippery and unfortunately one uses towels on the floor.

The bed was comfy, the rooms were beautiful! The only thing was there was no AC but we were able to get a fan from reception which helped a lot! The front desk staff was super welcoming and went above and beyond. The property is in an ideal location with lots of dinning options and super walkable to a lot of attractions. Will be coming back in the future!

Wanted to love this hotel as I saw it on tiktok, and YES, its stunning! unfortunately the hotel facilities fell short! No AC resulted in the room being like a sauna. It was 29 degrees. In addition they have no robes, no tables in the room to place items on whatsoever. There was 5 cm room on each side of the bed so you could not walk into bed from the side. The room itself could actually only fit a carry on. If you’re set on going the only way is to book a suite! still wont have ac tho. The hotel is located in a street thats shut off from traffic so we had to walk many blocks with 5 suitcases on a busy day (during a pride parade). One of the worst experiences of my life. Took 30 minutes to find someone to pick us up as we were then at a busy intersection. Super inconvenient and the staff was not helpful at all they just told us to walk to a near park with our 5 suitcases and “it would be so easy”. I wish they had warned us and offered us to send our suitcases to a nearby hotel where transportation would be able to stop outside. They also wont help you at all with suitcases from the taxi, up the stairs or to your room. There’s only one elevator for the whole hotel so it takes forever to move around. All in all super disappointed! I recommend just eating dinner at the beautiful restaurant or grab a drink. The hotel itself isnt worth it although it had so much potential!

It's annoying that there's no fridge, kettle or coffee machine in the room. Hotels should feel like homes to be comfortable. Which home today does not have a fridge or kettle AT LEAST? This is absolutely ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. It was clean but not the cleanest. Also, music blasting until 11:00PM and then waiters cleaning the space until 11:30PM is crazy. Staff was very helpful. I would never stay there again.

The rooms are very small, no place to put toiletries. No a/c. To turn lights out I had to turn off all power to the room so I could not charge phone over night . Bed was fine but hotel is too expensive for what you get. Staff are fine. For half the price it would be fine. Great location.

The hotel had a very personal vibe. We felt taken care of. The Restaurant was great and the big open dining room was light and bright and very inviting. We loved that there were beautiful art books everywhere.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was so lovely and the hotel is beautiful. They stored our bags for us after check out since we weren’t leaving till later in the day. The area is very central! The metro station is a 2 min walk for the hotel which made everything super accessible. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is very picturesque and the staff really friendly. The breakfast was limited but very very good and happily ate there each morning. The room itself was a little dated and wasn’t cleaned properly. For example, on the ground below the bedside table someone had spilled a handful of nuts but was never cleaned up. Its also in a great location very close to the metro station.

My partner and I loved the Bella Grande. It is a beautiful boutique hotel in an incredibly convenient place to all the major attractions: a 5 min (or less) walk to Tivoli Gardens, Strøget, the best pastry shop in Copenhagen (St. Peders Bageri), and more; a 10-15 minutes from Kings Garden and Rosenberg Castle, National Gallery of Denmark; 15-20 min walk to Nyhavn, Freetown Christiania. In essence staying here you can walk pretty much anywhere and bike everywhere. It’s also an incredibly beautiful hotel with an amazing restaurant (Donna - Italian food). The staff is very friendly and helpful, the WiFi worked impeccably, beds were very comfy. There is no AC, but I was there at the beginning of June and with the windows open did not need it at all (and I like to sleep cold). I would definitely stay here again.
