They upgraded my room upon check-in, and it was very spacious and beautiful. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and always had a positive attitude.

Good rooms, very comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast and very accommodating staff

Very clean. The wellness center cold plunge and sauna was so nice. The bathrooms are very high end. The superior room was nice. A little cozy but enough room for 2. Property was central and easy walk within 20min to most places we wanted to see. Hotel was kind enough to provide lovely sandwiches to go for our early morning travel day.

We visited during a rare heatwave. The hotel does not have AC, though it has some climate control. The hotel was kind to provide 2 fans for us, which helped a lot. We are used to AC so we were not expecting this. Be aware if you’re booking summer travel this could arise for u. Also, the hotel is close to the train station which is convenient, but it makes it feel a little sketchier nearby than other parts of the city. We felt totally safe though once at the hotel. Hotel is close to Tivoli amusement park and the 11:30pm fireworks work us up on Sat. We had an early Sun flight. If you can stay awake for the fireworks this location is great but if u need to sleep it’s less great. Also street rt outside hotel was noisy.
