Comfy beds. Room very quiet considering it was facing the road. Triple glazing worked very well. Amazing watching the bustle of hundreds of cyclists going by during the rush hour. Art gallery/museum next door very good & loved Tivoli Gardens which was also very close. Also recommend the boat tour round the harbour. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of things. Did not need a car - used buses to get around. Room very clean & lovely toiletries in the bathroom.
Could have been more gluten free options at breakfast.

My room was very small and it had a window but one that was so high up that you could not look out. It made me feel claustrophobic
The video equipment in the meeting room did not work - even after trying for 15-20 minutes to connect
The menu was very restrictive on the days we were there

Loved the location. It was easy acces to all the sights in Copenhagne. The restaurant for dinner is amazing. Free breakfast was a major plus.
The price was way too high. The rooms were small.
