Desingt for hipster kids without any claim to comfort and functionality

The stuff was very friendly

The tiniest, most uncomfortable and disgusting bathroom. Definitely Desighn by a person who doesn’t apply any creams or make up. And a shower curtain you just don’t want to touch but you have to … the toilet was smelling very bad …nightmare

Perfect get away in Copenhagen

Amazing location - the pool is even better in real than on the pictures. The room was very well equipped and nicely decorated. Fantastic staff pool/reception/restaurant every single contact we had was great and we appreciated a lot the constent attention to making our stay enjoyable.

receptionist during checkout was super polite and helpful.

was the fourth time I stayed. But the first on the first floor . The room looked old , with a big noise coming from the air-conditioning.and a not so nice smell. I asked for another room, but the receptionist told me that the hotel was fully booked. Every other time I stayed, everything was wonderful..

Klimatycznie

Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce, basen i rośliny oraz nastrojowa muzyka robią świetny klimat. Dobra lokalizacja, bliskość jeziorka oraz rowery do wynajęcia na miejscu są dużym plusem.

Woda w basenie była za mokra ..;) To miejsce trzeba po prostu zobaczyć!

3 nights and lots of back pain. Beds no good

It seems your review only shows the - like - not what was not good. Beds are very very soft and sleep in a hole - you will get back pain and wake up lots of times . No good

Beautiful and relaxing stay!

We got to the property early. We were told we could check in early. However, when we arrived, there was a miscommunication and there were no clean rooms. They were very apologetic and did not charge us for our early check in. They also gave us vouchers for a free prosecco and beer at the pool. This property is absolutely gorgeous and we had a wonderful experience. I recommend getting a massage and going to sit in the steam room and sauna, then head down to the pool for a soak. It is such an amazing hotel and the staff is wonderful.

Great great hotel!!

Amazing room, on the 5th floor , beautifully laid out feels like home. Some people stay here just for the pool , but the rooms( suites) are absolutely amazing , specially if you get higher floors!

Brilliant oasis.

The room and generally the facilities are so unique and fantastic. Regarding getting away from the city feeling, it is truly an oasis in the middle of Copenhagen.

Prachtig hotel maar wel met verbeterpunten

De airco functioneerde niet naar behoren. Door de warme buitentemperatuur wouden wij graag gebruik maken van de airco maar die koelde de kamer amper. Wij hadden het ‘s nachts erg warm en moesten het doen met een ventilator. Ook na navraag bij de receptie veranderde er niets. Heb hier meerdere gasten over horen klagen. Daarnaast moeten betalen voor het ontbijt op de vertrekdag terwijl we hier geen gebruik van konden maken ivm een vroege vlucht. Niet netjes opgelost.

Fine for an Instagram story, not an enjoyable stay. Overpriced.

Some of the staff members were very nice, the gym is big and well equipped, nice pool.

Unfortunately it seems that the hotel’s exorbitant price is largely dictated by the presence of the pool area that might look good on some instagram story, otherwise the rooms are quite compromised and in desperate need of renovation. We did not expect to find this mediocre conditions of room finishes, shabby details, and such poor cleanliness in a renowned 5 star facility. The location is sort of isolated too, to reach the closest decent coffee shop or a restaurant you’d have to take a 12-15 minute walk towards the city center. The soundproofing is insufficient, you can hear pretty much everything that’s going on both on the street and in the hotel’s hall/pool area. We’ve as well found the mattress way too soft for our liking and had difficulty sleeping. That had been kind of resolved later by the hotel administration by removing the upper topper, however the bed remained too soft. Could’ve been better if the hotel opted out for a more versatile mattress option in the first place. The elevators were slow and did not always work as expected. There are much better options you can find in Copenhagen in the same price range.

Mooi zwembad in een origineel kader, maar niet echt groot. Leuk rooftop restaurant. kwaliteit van de voeding was gewoon.

Badkamer te klein en primitief, Personeel was correct, maar er was geen kaart van Copenhagen voor de gasten. Er ws geen paraplu bij regenweer..; voor een 5 sterren??

Heerlijk hotel met een geweldig binnenbad en hotelfietsen (tegen betaling)

Prachtig binnenbad, middenin het hotel, met drinks service. Heerlijk ontbijt, zowel binnen of buiten te benuttigen. Prachtige kamers, zeer comfortabel.

We hadden een suite geboekt met 2 slaapkamers, maar het bleek dat het eigenlijk 2 aparte kamers waren met een tussendeur. Niet gehaal zoals ik had gehoopt/verwacht.

Underwhelming

Decent location and the pool area has a great vibe.

Service was well below standard for a five star hotel that charges at this rate. The air conditioning wasn’t working on our first night so we had to change rooms when arriving at 1am. Whilst the issue was fixed quickly, we received no compensation for this. When we were relocated to our room, it had a balcony which was covered with spiders and flies. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. The staff were below standard for a hotel of this calibre, it reminded me of my hostel days during university. Whilst non-exhaustive, one example is when I asked if cutlery could be provided they told me to go ask the restaurant myself.
