The swimming pool was great,sauna is situated on the terrace what makes it speacial when it is s snowing! The breakfast was pretty simple,but good quality.Amazing tomatoes salad and tasty cheese selection.

The pool and the room

Having cups with no handles in the rooms so you burn your hands when you hold a cup of tea over coffee is bad - classic style over function - we had to wrap the cup in a facecloth just so we could use it! The lifts were tiny and one wasn’t working. Lunch was slow took 30 minutes to arrive and 15 minutes after ordering to tell us they didn’t have the side option we wanted.

Extremely disappointed

The beds

A lot. It was a hotel for couples NOT families. I brought my 14 year old grandson (was given permission by the manager) and the atmosphere caused a great deal of discomfort for him and us. I had booked what was called a "family room". It was simply two separate rooms connected by a door. Very deceiving advertisement. There was no space to sit as a family. The configuration of the room was very poor. The restaurants menu was extremely limited and we were brought wrong items. The pool was meant for couples. We felt extremely out of place. My grandson would not stay. I would not recommend this hotel or return at any time. I was extremely disappointed.

Fun, relaxing and a good location. Lacks finesse

It's good fun and the rooms are great. The swimming pool is well done , very smart but needs to be a few degrees warmer as does the ambient air temperature.

Room service was weak. Reception staff needs to show guests to their rooms rather than just to the lift. At this price I expect to be shown the workings of the room.

An instagram fake

The spa area itself looks lovely that’s about as far as it goes.

The sauna and steam room are on the 6th floor and you have to walk through the restaurant area where people are eating on the terrace to get to it. During our stay we were treated to two men giving each other sexual favours In the steam room after walking past multiple diners in our dressing gowns. The pool could be a lovely relaxing area if a little warmer and you couldn’t hear the housekeeping staff dragging the hoovers over the metal walkways. The bar in the pool area was often unmanned and even when ringing the bell a member of staff would take 20-30 minutes to appear. The glasses were dirty and the bar staff would disappear to ‘get change’ and didn’t return again. The restaurant staff were pleasant but my burger was served cold, when informed they replaced but I then sat on my own eating after a 20 minute wait. Hotel bar not open during stay. Complained to reception on day one regarding issues and requested management response - a generic response was received on day 3 after we had checked out - completely unacceptable. A 10 year wedding anniversary celebration ruined due to poor standards, poor customer service and reliance on an instagram picture worthy pool.

No spa even when i asked for massage service it was self service i have to call and arrange!! Thats very weird customer service attitude location is not the best nothing surrounding The moment you enter the rooms corridor, humidity hits you because its over looking the pool! I mean i regret staying here as value for money is absolutely zero

I liked the pool area and its jungle-style environment. It was beautiful and relaxing. The room size was fair, and the reception team was welcoming and helpful. I also liked the hotel facilities and the rooftop area, which had a nice atmosphere.

What I didn’t like was the high humidity throughout the hotel. The room didn’t have a coffee machine and lacked basic items like cutlery and plates. The ceiling of the room wasn’t finished properly, and the AC was too hot. The room service food menu was very limited, and the breakfast quality was below expectations.

Magnificent and amazing experience

The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the amazing swimming pool. It felt like stepping into a tropical oasis right in the heart of the city, beautifully designed, peaceful, and simply breathtaking. We enjoyed every moment spent there.

Amazing location - the pool is even better in real than on the pictures. The room was very well equipped and nicely decorated. Fantastic staff pool/reception/restaurant every single contact we had was great and we appreciated a lot the constent attention to making our stay enjoyable.

Beautiful and relaxing stay!

We got to the property early. We were told we could check in early. However, when we arrived, there was a miscommunication and there were no clean rooms. They were very apologetic and did not charge us for our early check in. They also gave us vouchers for a free prosecco and beer at the pool. This property is absolutely gorgeous and we had a wonderful experience. I recommend getting a massage and going to sit in the steam room and sauna, then head down to the pool for a soak. It is such an amazing hotel and the staff is wonderful.

Fine for an Instagram story, not an enjoyable stay. Overpriced.

Some of the staff members were very nice, the gym is big and well equipped, nice pool.

Unfortunately it seems that the hotel’s exorbitant price is largely dictated by the presence of the pool area that might look good on some instagram story, otherwise the rooms are quite compromised and in desperate need of renovation. We did not expect to find this mediocre conditions of room finishes, shabby details, and such poor cleanliness in a renowned 5 star facility. The location is sort of isolated too, to reach the closest decent coffee shop or a restaurant you’d have to take a 12-15 minute walk towards the city center. The soundproofing is insufficient, you can hear pretty much everything that’s going on both on the street and in the hotel’s hall/pool area. We’ve as well found the mattress way too soft for our liking and had difficulty sleeping. That had been kind of resolved later by the hotel administration by removing the upper topper, however the bed remained too soft. Could’ve been better if the hotel opted out for a more versatile mattress option in the first place. The elevators were slow and did not always work as expected. There are much better options you can find in Copenhagen in the same price range.

Underwhelming

Decent location and the pool area has a great vibe.

Service was well below standard for a five star hotel that charges at this rate. The air conditioning wasn’t working on our first night so we had to change rooms when arriving at 1am. Whilst the issue was fixed quickly, we received no compensation for this. When we were relocated to our room, it had a balcony which was covered with spiders and flies. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. The staff were below standard for a hotel of this calibre, it reminded me of my hostel days during university. Whilst non-exhaustive, one example is when I asked if cutlery could be provided they told me to go ask the restaurant myself.
