I stayed here mainly for the pool, and the pool was beautiful, like in the photos. It’s also a pretty well located property near a bus line to easily walk or ride to sites. Rooms were well decorated. Loved the bed. Restaurant was pretty good. They also had balloons and chocolates in my room as a surprise from a friend for my birthday, which was sweet.
Unfortunately there were issues with the elevator so one was down while I was there. There were very long waits for the elevator and I was on a high floor. It’s not the staff’s fault, but I feel there should have been some kind of token of apology to guests from a five star hotel, like drink tickets at the very least! I also didn’t find all service to be five star. Some staff were very nice, but I had an extremely rude encounter at the pool. I went when they opened, and the woman didn’t even say hello when I walked in. I asked her if I should have brought a towel from my room and she said yes. I came back with a towel and then saw towels on the chairs and beds, which I pointed out to her, and she just threw her hands up at me, annoyed. Very unfriendly and rude encounter that really started my stay in a sour way. I also tried the sauna. It was fine but very awkwardly located on the roof and you have to walk by people at the restaurant in your swimsuit. There also is no where to really safely keep your things when going to the sauna. Other than this, there was mildew on my shower liner. It can be a bit damp in the building because of the pool I think. Housekeeping replaced it but they should replace those more before guests have that happen. I wouldn’t stay here again. It wasn’t worth it, even with the great pool.

Breakfast was tasty. Especially enjoyed the exotic fresh fruit, sauted mushrooms, the cheese and bakery selection. The room was incredible - spacious, comfortable, clean. The gym is exceptional for a hotel gym, very cool design, equipment range is wide, good ventilation. The pool is a dream come true, and there are two saunas on the rooftop.
I enjoy sleeping in a very dark room, the blinds didn't make the room dark enough for me.

Within walking distance of town. Gorgeous heated pool. Restaurant had a good breakfast as well as great dinner choices. Room was large & it was a bonus having a second toilet.
The music coming from the pool area was a bit loud at times.

No spa even when i asked for massage service it was self service i have to call and arrange!!

location is not the best nothing surrounding
The moment you enter the rooms corridor, humidity hits you because its over looking the pool!
I mean i regret staying here as value for money is absolutely zero
