It’s in an idyllic position
The room was quite small and there was only one chair which was barely able to be sat on!
A double room should have two chairs for the two people who are staying ..simples

The food in the pub was excellent. Tasty, well-cooked and plentiful. The room was clean, well-appointed and had a magical view of the lake. A stunning setting. The waiting staff were very attentive and pleasant. They made the stay.

Food better than "pub grub". Nice atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Staff attentive and engaging. Plenty of on site parking. Good shower

Great location, food wonderful!
We paid the same price for our double standard room as our friends, however our room was very small and the the shower room tiny! You could not shut the bathroom door when getting in and out of the shower as the shower door hit the sink and there wasn’t enough space! The bed was also a little uncomfortable with some springs starting to be exposed. Room 5 should be a cheaper price!
