Amazing property. Our room overlord the garden where the badgers came out every evening. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. What a wonderful place to stay in Grasmere! Local to shops and pubs!

The location was perfect. We were greeted by the very welcoming host.
Our room was basic but spotlessly clean. Plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and toiletries provided. Will definitely stay again.
