Lovely comfortable place to stay. Ideally located to walk into Grasmere. Friendly and helpful host.
Only a Continental breakfast available oats with berries and plenty of fresh fruit along with a chocolate muffin. Maybe also could provide a toaster to make your own toast.

We stayed in The Cottage which was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location and staff were added bonuses.

The way it was operated with out any need to actually see anyone, although someone was around if needed. Extremely helpful and accommodating, right from booking.
