Property was clean and well presented and was very central in Grasmere. The owners were extremely hospitable. I was in the area to complete the Grasmere duathlon and the Wetherspoon was quite bad. The owner allowed me to use the shower in the sauna room after check out time to get cleaned up after the event. They really couldn’t do enough to help. I will definitely stay again

The cottage was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location outstanding. Good parking. Cottage owner, Richard, was helpful.
Took a little while to warm the cottage. Took me a while to work the TV but that's just me. No space to work in the kitchen but it was ok for the time we were there.
