Only stayed briefly overnight on a ski trip, arrived late, left early, but can’t fault the communication from Nathalie on reception before arrival and arranging things for us.

Don’t stay here

Honestly? Nothing we left after spending 10 mins in the property even though we couldn’t get a refund back and ended up staying in another hotel.

We arrived and it all felt very dodgy. There were cloths hanging over the furniture, it was super quiet except for a homeless person in the lobby, bad vibes over all and when checking in we were told we had to pay with cash even though we could see the automaat was working, the room was full of finger prints and the door to our room seemed broken. We actually ran out of this hotel since we are 2 females and felt very unsafe even though we couldn’t get a refund, but safety first. Don’t stay here!

Location excellent with only a 2 min walk to the centre, breakfast was beautifully laid out and well considered with everything we wanted including freshly baked croissants. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Lovely reception with log fire…super welcoming.

Room tiny - was it really a superior double? Carpets worn and grubby. No lift. Bedrooms like mine (205) need a big do up. Hotel could be really nice as it is in a good position opposite lovely park.

Good value for money but inconvenient parking situation.

Very good location, only a few minutes from the centre. Lady at arrival was very helpful and pleasant.

Parking situation very inconvenient. Difficult to reach, no signs for it until you are actually in the car park, inside the car park very poor lighting and if dedicated spaces are already occupied you are left wandering where to go. To access the car park you first have to go to the hotel and collect a remote control, same remote control that you again have to collect and drop after removing your car. Despite a room upgrade, the room allocated to us was small, with a cramped bathroom. Not a major issue if staying for just one night.

Budget hotel in entral location close to train station.

This is overall a good choice for a city visit to Troyes. The location is very central, and convenient for people travelling by train. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, and so were the beds. Staff were friendly and helpful, but a bit thin on the ground. Best of all, the breakfast is very good, with a wide range of choice. (I especially appreciated the fresh fruit.)

There is no lift (but staff were helpful and offered to carry our cases), the carpet in the room really needed to be replaced, and there was very limited floor space. Security could be an issue, as there were not enough staff to man the reception all the time (when they were dealing with other issues). Not a hotel with a lot of character, but it has a good number of plus points, and it worked for us

Parking under the hotel was very tight - lots of pillars in the way - it took us 20 minutes to manipulate the car into the space even after removing our rear bike carrier - but even so it was a bonus to be able to have the car secure and safe overnight and we could lock the bike which was on a rear bike carrier separately

The decor is very tired and screamed ‘cheap’. The bathroom had a lot of mould on the ceiling and tiles. Disinterested staff. This might have been a language barrier but it there wasn’t a lot of ‘warmth’. It was instant coffee or something described as cappuccino for breakfast. Not the best selection of coffee.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the surroundings are safe and clean. The chromecast on the TV works fine, in case you want to cast something from the phone to the TV

The EV parking spot could be a problem if you have a large car, in order to be able to charge your car you would need to block the parked car in front of you.

Location good for old part of town. Staff helpful. Had garage parking. Breakfast good.

Unaware we had to book garage space but staff member got us in. Room very small. Had to drive round block couple of times to get to hotel and again to find garage.

Room was very small & bathroom not really fit for purpose …the shower was totally rusty and hanging from ceiling the shower cubicle was not clean …(maybe we were just unlucky with the room) We were thankful to have air conditioning but it was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on

Location was great, parking available. Left too early to sample the breakfast.

Incredibly strong smell of air freshener in the room, too much, made our throats sore. Had to open windows. Toilet placement meant leaning on sink! LOL, typically small bathroom.
