Breakfast was delightful and was all brought to our table. Fresh croissants, breads, butter and jams, fresh compot, yogurts, and fruits beautifully displayed and served with our choice of coffee.
Cheeses and cold meats were an option too.
The selection was so comprehensive we didn’t need a cooked option.
It felt like I was being treated in a family home- with all the love and care a sister might lavish on you!
Only that we missed out on supper in the restaurant- book early to avoid disappointment.

The staff are very welcoming, the rooms very comfortable and the location is perfect for a stop-over to the Alps from the UK. Troyes is also a beautiful city. The hotel is a beautiful adaptation of a very old building. All together: perfect.
