I stay there because it’s half way but may push on in future

I knew where it was

Staff said parking was full, it really wasn’t and the fire alarm went off at about 11:00pm but I didn’t really hear it in my room, another guest knocked on my door to tell me. No apologies or anything from staff. A bit poor tbh

Lovely hotel in great location

The staff who were very friendly. The location which is a short walk to the centre. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was good, we had requested an outside space as we drive a high car.

Comfortable large rooms, very good breakfast, spacious underground parking lot,close to city center.

The room was excellent - large with spacious and comfortable bed and large bathroom with separate toilet. Large underground parking lot. Walking distance to the city center. Very good breakfast, wide selection of excellent cheese.

Breakfast room was smaller and could get crowded, other than that everything was great.

Great hotel , bit of road noise

Business hotel 10 mins walking distance of the heart of Troyes. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

Make sure you pre book a parking spot direct with the hotel , booking.com is not clear on this. Road traffic noise disturbed our sleep, seemed to be from the window.

Good quality hotel in this category. Clean room, good equipment (electric kettle, safe, air con), clean, quiet room because we were on the back side, safe environment, 10 min walk from the city center, nice reception staff, speedy check in and check out, all good

This must be our 20th. visit when traveling north or south so they must be doing something right. Convieniet location 10mins walk into the centre. Secure parking. Good beds, clean rooms.

They no longer seem to leave milk, with the refreshments, so have to go down to reception to collect some pods! The paper cups supplied are now very thin and too flimsy, making them difficult to hold with a hot drink inside them!

Fine. Good to stay in with a dog and close to the motorway.

They were dog friendly. They didn’t give treats, bowl, mat, bed, like other hotels, but we were allowed her in the bar area, but not the dining area. We paid to park underground because although there was a free car park across from the hotel, we weren’t sure it was safe to leave the car there.

We took the dog out for a walk late at night and the area seemed a bit dodgy (hostel just up the road, people sat outside on the kerb, teens in cars hanging out playing loud music at the closed petrol station next door). I know I sound old but these things put you on edge because they’re unpredictable.

Dog friendly, comfy, friendly staff, great level access shower, wonderful breakfast

Dog friendly (€10 surcharge) Very comfy bed, we slept like logs. Great blackout curtains. Lovely level walk-in shower. Worth the €10 for private parking as we left luggage in the car. Very friendly staff, quick to speak with us in Italian, English and French as we wished, gave us good local recommendations. Delicious bread and croissants at breakfast with a good selection. Troyes in a surprisingly beautiful city, like something out of Disney, like la Alberca (Salamanca) or the village in the Beauty and the Beast! We'll be back to this hotel.

Nice location clean and friendly staff

Could not get into the room when we wanted to go to bed at 11 pm because the electronic key card system would not work so we had to stay in reception as the girl on reception could not open our bedroom door to get in also she had no one to phone to help her so we were locked out

Was satisfactory nothing special or outstanding that would lead me to recommend tonothers

Breakfast was good - no issues. Confusion with payment so luckily i kept the reciept however this was due to new member of staff learning the system which is understandable. I guess the night before at a didfferent hotel set high expectations as staff went above and beyond to ensure we were satisified and Kyraid struggled to follow suit.

Everything was shut by the time we arrived- no service of drinks , snacks etc not even an acception despite only booking for quick sleep and to then get back on the road
