Excellent base to explore beautiful Troyes

Very comfortable and friendly, close to town centre (5m walk) which is very attractive and interesting. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Parking is a little complicated: you must stop in front of the hotel (not always easy) in order to get instructions.

The best hotel we have stayed in Troyes so far, excellent all round.

The location was great just a short walk from the centre but with the added benefit of lots of parking on site. The room was modern, large and well decorated. The staff were great, the breakfast was very very good. In better weather the outdoor space looked great. The hotel had a bar but we also used the neighbouring Mercure hotel bar. I think if you were travelling with children or event teenagers this hotel is a great choice - they had lots of facilities for them on site.

I have nothing negative to say, we would definitely return.

A perfect reasonably priced stop off for the long drive from the south to the north of France.

Staff were excellent, room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Hotel is 5-10 minute walk from city centre. Parking was on the road outside the hotel.

Great value and good location

Surprisingly spacious room and close to the centre of Troyes. Excellent staff, very attentive and pleasant. Complimentary coffee facilities at reception - always a bonus. Hotel advertises itself as dog friendly, and it genuinely is. Reasonable breakfast.

Perhaps the inconvenience of the off site car park, which admittedly isnt far from the hotel but its a bit of a faff nonetheless. Although this hotel is close to the centre of town so, considering that, it's not that much of a problem.

We loved staying at this friendly, warm hearted hotel where we felt welcomed and supported.

The staff we wonderful, particularly Julian. The car parking was so easy and safe with plenty of room. The breakfast was plentiful, refilled frequently with delicious cheese, pastries, cakes, breads, eggs, juices, cold meats, fruit, yogurt, cereals and hot drinks. The breakfast was available for hours. The terrace behind the hotel was gorgeous overlooking a creek with rainbow trout. The location was absolutely fabulous, close to the old city centre with its amazing medieval architecture. Two lifts were quick. The rooms were spotlessly clean.

The comforters are heavy so I felt overly heated at night. Our bed might need updating. But the linens, towels and room amenities were good.

One of the best IBIS Styles around. It ticks every box.

This is the best IBIS Styles we have used so far and it appears to be quite a new building/refurbishment. Access and location are very good and it's extremely easy to find. The secure, underground parking was a nice added feature as it gives you that extra peace of mind when overseas. We arrived quite late in the day and the staff were so helpful and informative throughout our stay. Breakfast is served in a beautiful light and airy dining area and the food choice is magnificent! The room - where do I start? Very large, super clean, large shower, separate toilet (excellent), big wall mounted TV, very comfy and supportive bed, impressive thought and use of recycling materials throughout. In short: 10/10.

A one night stopover exactly to our needs

Very clean throughout. An easy walk to the centre of town, with lots of old buildings to admire and many restaurant choices. We went to "The Black Cat"
