Clean and comfortable stay, easy walk to Troyes centre and perfect for a stopover.

Perfect stopover! Comfortable, clean rooms and bed, free snacks and hot drinks available in the evening and morning as self-service. We even got mini croissants in the morning for the road! We stayed here for a night stopover with our dog on our way back to the eurotunnel and it was perfect. Will definitely stay again when in Troyes. There is a car park just across the street too.

Very nice and value for money

The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. It was all amazingly secure. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Woke up in a flooded room full of puke / unacceptable experience ⛔️👎🙅‍♀️ don't stay at this hotel

Nice location

Worse experience in a hotel room since we we woke up in a flooded room full of puke. We are still waiting for a refund for our stay since 16 August, however we have not yet received our money. Unprofessionalism and poor customer service are some of the services that characterize this "fancy" hotel that only promotes "good looking." I would avoid staying at this hotel again and would not recommend, of course, to anyone else, since it was one the worst experience in a hotel room with very poor customer service.

Dishonest description.

I arrived at the property to be advised that there is no parking although this was the reason I booked it. I had to book another hotel and am still awaiting a refund.

L'hôtel est très propre. La chambre est très agréable. Conforme aux photos. Le petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité et avec de nombreux choix.

L'espace entre les chaises au petit déjeuner qui n'est pas suffisant pour ne pas avoir à déranger les clients assis. L'interrupteur trop haut pour éteindre tout en étant allongée dans le lit

Это отличный современный отель. Дизайн отеля отвечает всем потребностям современного человека и требованиям гигиены. Функциональность, лаконичность, неожиданные дизайн-решения - все это получаете по разумной цене. Вода без ограничений. Постельное белье - отличное. Размер и удобство кровати - отличные. Множество общих зон, в которых с комфортом можно работать и отдыхать. Есть вечерние закуски, а горячие напитки круглосуточно.

Нельзя сказать, что есть то, что не понравилось, но примите во внимание: нужно долго ждать, когда вода станет горячей, тапочек и халатов нет, холодно и долгое ожидание пока кондиционер нагреет комнату. Прекрасно, что так близко к вокзалу, но примите во внимание, что это прямо противоположно точкам основных достопримечательностей города. Отель не работает с наличными деньгами, что крайне неудобно. Но это очень хороший отель. Очень.

Chambre confortable - restauration mauvaise

Bonne expérience chez OKKO. La literie et les draps étaient très confortables. Globalement, il y a plein de petites touches éco-responsables partout dans l'hôtel et c'est très apprécié. Le service en continu avec des petites gourmandises et thé à volonté est fort sympa. Super yaourt et oeuf pour le pdj !

L'offre de restauration est vraiment mauvaise. Les produits sont de mauvaises qualités et globalement vraiment mauvais. La pizza était lourde et pâteuse et la salade césar pas bonne.... le poulet de batterie avec trois feuilles de salades pour 17€ , nous ont clairement refroidies. Même qualité d'offre poulet / saumon / pain pour le pdj... Un dernier mot sur le parking, il n'a été stipulé nulle part dans les emails de confirmation et à la réception à l'arrivée et au départ que ce dernier était payant. Je n'ai rien contre payer le parking mais la moindre des choses est de prévenir et même nous faire payer sur place plutôt que de débiter notre carte sans un mot le lendemain. Ce procédé, dans le dos, laisse un sale souvenir du séjour.

Quelques poussoir dans la chambre (peu incidence) le point un peu plus gênant , c’est le fait que lorsque nous sommes arrivé nous n’avions pas réserver, la personne à l’accueil me donne un prix, je lui dit que c’est moins chère sur booking, elle me dit don de faire la réservation sur booking. Une fois réserver par curiosité je vais sur le site de l’hôtel et je vois qu’il y a 30% de réduction mais trop tard j’ai validé avec booking et c’est non remboursable je ne comprend pas que la personne au téléphone ne met pas prévenu qu’une réduction était appliqué en passant directement sur le site de l’hôtel alors que quand on lui a parlé de ce qu’on venait de voir elle le savait. Nous avons le sentiment de nous être fait un peu floué.

Tolles Hotel, super Lage, Top Frühstück, Preis-Leistung hervorragend

Die Lage des Hotels und vor allem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist großartig. Die Qualität insbesondere des Frühstücks ist besonders und hervorragend. Wir haben den Fitnessraum zwar nicht genutzt aber es gibt super Geräte dort und eine tolle Dachterrasse. Wenn man rechtzeitig kommt, kann man am Haus parken, anderenfalls ist aber auch das Parkhaus des Bahnhofes direkt um die Ecke (keine 5 min zu Fuß) und sehr sicher. Wir fanden es großartig und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder beim nächsten Halt in Troyes.
