Ease of parking in the car park below the hotel. Ask the hotel for instructions as to which carpark to use. Very central location. Staff were fabulous. Good shower and good bed. Good sound insulation.

No handrail on the stairs to our room (and no lift to that particular room).

Great stop off place in a beautiful town.

Right by the main square with underground parking (payable). We stay here regularly on our trips up and down France. Lots of restaurants for lunch and dinner, and we usually get coffee and croissants from the boulangerie on the corner of the square, then sit and watch the world waking up while we have a picnic breakfast.

Location was great, parking at the facility was secure and perfect for our stay.

The receptionist charged us for the room which was already paid. Then was unsure how to carry out a refund. The room had stains on the carpets and generally not very clean. No restaurant in the evening, but this was easily rectified with many choices of restaurants in the area. Breakfast was basic.

Fabulous stay in the heart of the old town

Amazing location right in the heart of the old town. Really couldn’t have wanted better and an excellent price for such a great location. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking with direct access to the hotel was really useful.

Delightful place in a renovated, beautiful historic neighborhood

Outstanding location, luxury service. Made from a fully renovated 1500s town house, right in the middle of the neighborhood that is best preserved (or renovated) and increasingly lively with restaurants and nearby museum. This is a really nice place, and I wish I had booked it for two nights instead of just one. Note that there is an underground passage connecting the hotel to the municipal (underground) parking garage, which was especially convenient when it was pouring rain.

Good hotel right in the centre of Troyes.

Although the front entrance was on a pedestrian street, there was easy access for those arriving by car via the city centre undergound car park.

Breakfast was fine but overpriced (by about 50% in my opinion). Would have had breakfast elsewhere nearby, except that we wanted to start promptly on our onward travels in the morning.

The location was perfect for exploring this beautiful town. The room was clean, comfortable and a reasonable size well appointed very nice bathroom.

We only booked breakfast on the first day but were very disappointed in it and didn't really think it was value for money at 17 euro per head. I asked for omelette, it said in the room you could but the person on duty said it wasn't an option. Also the shower wet the bathroom floor and mat whatever we did - not a big problem but needed towels replaced every day. Finally it seems smoking is allowed on the balcony - our balcony was shared with the room next door and they smoked on the balcony in front of our room not theirs!!

An enjoyable stay in Troyes conveniently located next to shops, restaurants and surrounding areas.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Our room was of a generous size with on-site parking which was very convenient.

We were looking forward to using the gym and spa facilities, but the gym was basic and disappointingly the spa was out of operation which we were not informed of upon check in.

A very friendly and convenient hotel but a few things could be improved. We would stay again.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town, near the Cathedral and there are restaurants near by. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, couldn't fault them. The bed was comfortable, there was a tea and coffee tray and a mini fridge. I liked that there was a bath robe each, and slippers and a hairdryer. It was a big bonus to have a car park with an area reserved for clients of the hotel. There was an underground passage that led from the car park to the hotel.

There was dust in the corners of the toilet, even on the toilet roll holder. The shower didn't have a door. We had to ask for a bedside table for one side of the bed. There wasn't much room for suitcases and we could have done with something raised on which to put the cases. The comfort room was supposed to be a minimum of 20m2 but I'm sure it was considerably smaller. I think breakfast was a bit pricey.

An enjoyable first visit to Troyes

The hotel is right in the centre of the old part of Troyes so well connected to what most casual visors are looking for. Parking and directions to the hotel were very good.

The air conditioning was noisy for the first couple of hours but seemed to sort itself out. The room and access to the toilet and bathroom was tight but acceptable.

A great hotel in a convenient location

The location and ease of parking. Helpful friendly staff. A lovely hotel that we have stayed in before and would chose again. I like the fact you can walk straight out of the hotel into the centre of Troyes.

The tv didn’t work. I did report this and apparently the hotel has had problems with TVs since some of the rooms were refurbished. This needs to be looked at and checked. Also the internet is extremely slow so no good for working or video calls.

Good location and nice staff - but make sure you ask for a refurbished room.

The hotel reception and bar area where good - but the rooms where very tired and dirty when we arrived and we changed 3 times before finding an acceptable one. The last one was a refurbished room and a lot better. Make sure to ask for a refurbished room when you book. The night porter was very good and helpful when we returned in the evening after dinner for a drink.

Parking is in an underground car park with hotel reserved spaces. We didn't know about that so drove around quite a bit before finding it. You need the address of the carpark and not the hotel for satnav.
