Good place to stop over for the night

Excellent location.

Despite being all no smoking rooms, the corridors really smelt of smoke and there was still people smoking out of the windows in their rooms. Also the system of sending the access code was delayed which meant we were waiting outside sometime along with others too.

Centre of Troyes

The location is really central, perfect. The apartment had all we needed

We had to call in order to get a code to enter. There were some easy things to fix in the apartment that would have made our stay easier. The batteries in both remotes were dead so we couldn't watch TV. The flush on the toilet was stuck and so the water kept flowing. We had to keep taking the actual flush panel apart to stop the flow. The movable shower head doesn't fit the holder, so we had to hold it all the time. These things are easy fixes for the property, so I hope these flags are helpful! Apartment 25

Good quality property but very warm and noisy

Convenient and well priced, entry code for property and room sent after booking. Location is short walk to old town

No air con room was stifling in the heat and although cooled down at night with windows open extremely noisy until very early hours with revellers and traffic. Be aware there are no lifts and three flights of stairs to carry your bags up.

Good for a one night convenient central stay

The location was great, nice and central to the city centre and restaurants.

The second sofa bed was not made up, and did not find bedsheets to use on it.

It was clean

Broken table, things fell off, no cups for coffee, no soap in dispenser, bed lumpy and it was very noisy. Parking was a real problem.

Compact, smart apartment in central Troyes let down by misleading description and details

Location was good, easy to reach but central to Troyes. The second floor apartment was a good quality refurbishment of an attic space. Main front door and inner & apartment doors used the same keycode which worked well. Everything was very clean, the small kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable

I scored the apartment down for 4 reasons. 1 The advert said 'parking'. That was untrue in the sense that, yes there was street parking and a public car park opposite, but both were publicly owned and paying 2 The number code should have been sent to us after payment and booking. We had to ring to find out what it was 3 The advert said Free WiFi and a notice inside the apartment gave a password and instructed to use 'Smart appart guest' network. There was no such network available in our room - 35 4 The ensuite was usable but tiny - about 60cm x 125cm including shower, basin & wc. However, anyone with a 'large frame' would not have been able to use the shower. Ok for us but not for many

Wouldn’t stay again.

Bed was comfortable enough and room was clean

We were put in the attic up lots of stairs. Light outside room wasn’t working - blinking! First think we saw in the room was a brush and bucket. Ceiling too low for my husband. But the main issue was the bathroom - we’d have had s bigger one in a camper van - it really was the smallest bathroom we’ve ever had!

Woke up with a mouse on my bed

I was woken up at 4am by a Mouse on my bed touching my arm. I FLICKED it off the bed and saw it run into a hole under the batroom floorboard. I took a picture of where it went, informed booking and they informed the hotel. I could and did not want to stay in the room anymore, so i left. I requested a full refund and aparatntly that wasnt a good enough reason! So i got nothing back! I was in room 24 so good luck if you book here!

Wifi good, although had a problem logging on for a session with one device.

I had tobacco smoke aromas coming from somewhere else in the building on 1st night - not second. Shower / bathroom/ toilet a bit poky. Also I did not like no lift - did not realise I was allocated an attic room on top floor. I'm 71 and had to walk the three flights. If I had known this I would have asked for a room on middle or ground. Parking opposite in controlled car park handy but was full on one night. Had a problem finding a space on the street.

Cheap Stay

Great location

We gave our arrival time & couldn’t get into the apartment block, waited outside for Half an hour & called number provided, no answer. A lovely couple helped us get in touch with someone. We were never given apartment number or code to enter. Very poor. Bed extremely uncomfortable, fridge very noisey.

Very comfortable and spacious.

Lovely for families or large groups. Very clean, but it smelt like pickles a d I had to air the room for a while. Even if the baby cot wasn't available, I was told about this right away and we made due.

Location close to old town

We were not provided with a free cod (as advertised) for a baby, and we requested it weeks upfront. One one is available to reach out to during wknd so we had to sleep on one bed. If they were no longer available we should have been told so upfront. Dissapointing, as we chose accommodation only at place that provide this service. Parking information can be misleading. The public car park in front of hotel costs way more than advertised on the web as 4eur (per day). Unless you mean some further public car park - then this should be specified. Information inside the room advertises only a private car park for 8 eur (per night) as per picture. Btw one is staying prices for a day, the other for the night. Perhaps here is the trick ... misleading for travelers who trust the info you provide. Delux apartment was tiny for 2 adults and a toddler. Pictures present it as bigger. No room cleaning. I found a small bug in bed. Rooms with windows from the street are very noisy.

Bof, beaucoup de problèmes.

Établissement bien situé, et personnel efficace lorsque sollicité suite à des problèmes. Pas très cher, et équipé avec le nécéssaire. Accès à tout moment de la nuit possible.

TRES TRES FROID dans la chambre, et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans un premier temps ! On nous a ensuite changé de chambre, mais il a fallu que nous testions l'eau nous même, avec instruction par sms... Également, le code d'accès à la résidence et la chambre a tardé et n'était pas à l'heure ! La salle de bain dans la première chambre (nous avons changé suite à nos problèmes d'eau chaude), était très petite, compliquée à naviguer pour les personnes en surpoids... (pas obèse hein, en surpoids !) La fenêtre velux de la chambre était très sale également, avec vue sur les fientes de pigeons... Ca ne donne pas envie d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Ma note n'est due qu'à la compétence du personnel que j'ai contacté.

Très bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Excellente literie

Des toiles d'araignée au plafond et sous le plan de travail de la cuisine ; manque une prise multiple dans la cuisine (obligé de brancher à la tête de lit en déplaçant la table) ; un seul verre à pied, un seul verre à eau, un seul mug ; salle de bain beaucoup trop exigüe : impossible de bouger à l'intérieur ; fond des WC marron (mettre pastille de javel et frotter).
