Great location. Breakfast was beautiful with lots of choice and quality food. The spa was so welcoming after a rainy day and we really enjoyed it. Rooms are very comfortable with good shower and facilities. Parking was good and very close by.

Best room. Car park is excellent. Staff were really good. Hotel is very nice. Breakfast was really nice.

1/ Location.

1/ No light over seating area in Rm. 208 (Std lamp would of been OK)
2/ Check out staff was very poor.
3/ Try not to use existing glasses when refilling champagne. Noticed when there were three persons the glasses all got muddled up!
4/Rm 303 sliding door to toilet, danger of fingers getting caught in "finger recess"
5/ Breakfast in rooms is difficult and Motel like, for this hotel a breakfast room should be arranged ASAP. Evening meals out in central Troyes - not an issue.
