Nice decend place to stay considering so many bad reviews on google.
took us 10 mins walk to be right in the center of Troyes old town.
free parking on street or paid parking lot with free parking between 7pm - 9am.
only two things though: the area seems a bit unsafe and dark esp at night.
we booked for four but the sofa bed was too small it would only fits one, so 3 of us had to snug into the double bed.
facilities are great, fridge, kitchen and utensils pan & pots, tv, internet, good shower room / towels, dinning table coffee table etc.
Marine is a good host, clear instructions and in good timing.
