It was central and clean

I did not like the telephone system of opening the doors. After a long drive from Geneva it was hard to see the street number in the dark and the phone number I had didn’t work at first. It was frustrating and I almost booked another place!

A perfect stay on troyes

Everything about the stay was fantastic. Communication with the host was fantastic, everything was clearly explained ahead of our arrival. Parking and access to the property was easy and the apartment was well presented and clean. The balcony was a pleasant surprise also especially being on the 6th floor. There is a lift if required but we used the stairs. We didn't get long to stay here just one night, the apartment if not booking for the entire place can be booked for people to share in our case we did share. But this was explained way before our arrival and we were happy to. The bedroom was secure with a lock for the door. And our own set of keys to access the building and property. The other couple were lovely as well. Location was fantastic and we walked to the old town of Troyes which was a lovely location and we would definitely return.

Poorly described SHARED apartment

The bedroom was fine including WIFI & Netflix TV. Views were panoramic from both sides of the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped and the shared accommodation was of a reasonable, modern standard. There was car parking at the rear of the site though no sort of security. It was adequate as a one night stop over

Maybe my booking was in haste but I did not take 'guest house' to mean an open plan shared apartment. In effect , at the time of our stay, 3 couples in 3 adjacent bedrooms sharing kitchen, lounge, one tiny wc and a shower. The building is the ugliest in Troyes - like a Soviet era block. A miniscule lift (claiming to carry 3 persons!) took you from an area a few steps up from the footway to the 5th floor where the apartment was set. On arrival (2 other couples were there already) we found that there was no toilet roll in the wc, and the caretaker had to be called. Neither the wc nor kitchen nor shower contained soap or gel - unforgiveable during this time of pandemic. This seems to indicate a lack of regular inspection or maintenance. There was a smashed soap dispenser in the shower on a top shelf. We slept well but left early to continue our onward journey. Compared to other 'Bookings' or AirN'bs we've stayed in, this felt meanly provided so far as essential cleanliness is concerned. Troyes is a lovely city, but the walk along Rue Pasteur to the town centre is not pleasant. Sorry, but never again

Good place to stay with bike storage

Big room , clean and nice apartment, bike storage. Good place to stay.

No soap for the shower, the shower part was also some part broken and on toliett was the sink clogged. I also prefer info in English and better instruction to getting there with some booking stickers or something and room numbers on the doors of the bedroom .

Top floor in Troyes

Easy to find, parking was available, nearby supermarket. Good instructions to get in, clean and comfortable. 6th floor.

Information about one shared and one shared toilet between 3 bedrooms would have been appreciated before booking. Our room hadn't been serviced on our arrival but this was quickly resolved after speaking to the owner.

le lit double il s'agissait de 2 lits simples rassemblés avec un drap trop petit l'arrivée a été compliqué car les clés n'étaient pas à leur place et finalement nous n'avons pas eu la chambre initiale car elle avait été prise par d'autres voyageurs.

Absolument toute l’expérience!!!!. À savoir que le logement se trouve dans un hlm pitoyable en banlieue de ville. Cage d’escalier sale ascenseur digne d’une cage à rat. Sans oublier la plus grande surprise du séjour si on peut le qualifier de tel. La porte de notre appartement a 4 boîtes à clés pour un seul logement. C’est donc a la grande surprise une colocation qui est évidement précisé seulement après payement. Une belle adresse à effacer du gps et de la mémoire !!!! À fuir.

Nous avons pas été signalé que l ascenseur n arrivait pas à l étage de l appartement, personne qui criait dans le couloir, voiture sur le parking avec des vitres cassées, et nous ne savions pas que la salle de bain était commune, sinon qu après la réservation payée… en plus canapé pas très propre… du coup nous n avons pas dormi dans la chambre , on ne c est pas senti en sécurité…

Es ist eine Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern, Wohnzimmer, Balkon, Küche, Badezimmer, aber nur 1 Mini-WC. Eher etwas für Familien oder Menschen, die sich gut kennen, aber nicht für Alleinreisende, die ihre Privatsphäre schätzen und nicht mit Fremden in einer Wohnung übernachten möchten. Die Parkplätze sind hinter dem Haus, beim erstenmal ist die Einfahrt schwer zu finden.

Ho utilizzato la stanza per riposarmi una sola notte nel corso di un viaggio in moto. Parcheggio semplice nel cortile interno. Istruzioni per accedere chiarissime. Ho trovato un ambiente pulito e confortevole, che mi ha offerto tutto quello che serviva (doccia calda, caffe e tisane, ed altro che non ho utilizzato). Camera con letto matrimoniale comoda e pulita. La condivisione degli ambienti comuni (cucina, bagno) con altri ospiti che erano presenti in altre stanze è stata assolutamente rispettosa. Prezzo onesto.

La cama era cómoda y la habitación estaba limpia. La zona es tranquila y se puede descansar bien por la noche.

La experiencia de entrada fue confusa. Después de un largo viaje, estábamos cansados y no entendimos bien el sistema de acceso. El propietario no fue muy amable por teléfono y hablaba demasiado rápido sin explicar con paciencia. En el anuncio ponía que el check-in era entre las 16h y las 21h, pero no estaba presente en persona y tuvimos que llamar a otro número para abrir la puerta. Esto no se explicó claramente. Solamente ponía "llamad a este número para que la puerta principal se abra" y normal que al leer eso uno piense que es el número del propietario y no un número que te abre la puerta automáticamente (más aún sin conocer ese tipo de sistema). Además, se trata de una vivienda compartida, lo que no se detalla suficientemente en el anuncio. Por el precio que pagamos (56 €por una noche para dos personas), esperábamos más privacidad y más amabilidad por parte del dueño.

Joli Appartement, très propre Grande chambre et bien organisée. Linge propre dans la chambre+ armoire et l'aménagement pour poser les affaires+ une chaise.+ Télévision Salle de séjour impeccable avec un bon gel de douche parfumé. Cuisine équipée et bien organisée Toilette très propre et accessoires de toilette. Personne sérieuse, accueillante et très patiente. Je recommande cet appartement.

Prima verblijf!

Locatie, parkeren en kamer. We hadden een prima verblijf! Lekker geslapen op weg naar het zuiden.

Je deelt faciliteiten met 2 andere kamers en weet van te voren natuurlijk niet wie dat zijn. Dat kan wat ongemakkelijk voelen als dat geen fijne mede bewoners zijn. Er is alleen digitaal inchecken, wat goed werkt, maar er is dus geen host aanwezig.
