Absolutely beautiful building, had private parking and the staff were really friendly and helpful
Only issue, we were in the attic room and the single bed under the window was extremely squeaky the slightest of movements was very loud

Location is superb. The hotel is very picturesque. There is private parking which is great in the city centre.

A lovely stay at the new-look hotel right in the centre of Troyes with private parking (very rare in the old centre); very friendly and thoroughly professional staff - will definitely stay there again.

Location and secure parking
Rooms did not have much character and no kettle.
It had a functional bar with a great pool table- but all cues were non-functional. With the amount paid per night - you would imagine they could €2 or cue tips.
