Overall, pleasant and we had a great time.

The building is amazing. Aristocratic, clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The building is located 200m from the old town. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was nice and fresh.

The room was a bit small. The door of the toilet was just a sliding door with a gap, so it was not very comfortable to se the toilet. There was no space to put clothes and luggage. I think the kitchenette in the room is unnecessary.

It was like staying at a friends home. Jennifer is so welcoming with her beautiful big smile.

Jennifer is an absolutely top class host. She went over and above all she needed to make our stay wonderful. We got lost on our first night there and she so kindly came and picked us up. Today when we left she also kindly drove us to the train station. We felt so much at home there, sitting in her sitting room listening to music was so relaxing. Little treats of madeleines in our tea and coffee set up were another lovely offering on her part. We truly felt like we were living in a friends home. Even the fact that we are older, Jennifer made sure we had a room downstairs rather than us climbing stairs. She is an absolute angel and we rate her over and above 10/10

It is beautiful, is full of charm and is centrally located. Family were wonderful and breakfast fresh and very tasty. The coffee was great as were all the bread and pastries. A lovely experience overall.

The room we had was a little awkward and quirky but very comfortable and clean. Parking could be tricky depending on the time of day.

If arriving by car finding on street parking could be difficult given your time of arrival. It was easier to find spaces after 6-7:00pm.

The toilet in our room was lovely but I don’t like the fact that the sound is not insulated from the bedroom. Not everyone wants to hear bodily functions.

Great stay, in a fantastic house in a beautiful city

Troyes was a real revelation, the centre has a so unexpectedly historic and picturesque. The house is very stylish and comfortable, the photos don’t do it justice. The breakfast is delicious and excellent value for money. Jennifer and Helene were very welcoming and very helpful during our stay; we will definitely be back when next in Troyes.

Parking isn’t easy as it’s on street and near a school so at some times it’s difficult to find a space but otherwise there’s nothing to not like

Super friendly and helped us book a restaurant for the evening becuase it was a busy Saturday. Second time we have stayed. Once again the breakfast was fabulous.

Excellent location- quiet area and just 5 mins walk from the old town. On street parking available right next to the house. Excellent breakfast and very good value for money for €7. Stylish communal areas and well planned studio room. Communication prompt, efficient, friendly and helpful.

Perfect!

Clean and comfortable with a welcoming host. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is down a road with ample parking and easy walking distance from the centre. We have stayed here before as it is a perfect stop en route to further locations in France.

Gorgeous space, beautiful welcome, great breakfast, fab location,comfortable bed

Room 7 has a net curtain on the same pole as curtains so curtains did not meet due to net curtain Door from room to bathroom has a glass door so as soon as it was light, we had light streaming through that window too

Beautifully decorated. Big room. Easy to get into the centre of town. Jennifer was extremely helpful and responded immediately to our requests. Breakfast fabulous. Delicious cheeses, pastries, pancakes and even cake.

Jennifer was very welcoming. Whilst small, the apartment was stylish. The breakfast was delicious and very generous

As the room is small, it didn’t need the scatter cushions on the bed which were then difficult to store in the room once in bed. A tea towel and some bin liners would have been good. I suspect just forgotten in error.

La Maison de Reina is a lovely house, very nicely decorated, comfy space to hang out downstairs. The room was clean, bed and pillows super comfy. Breakfast was traditional lots of lovely croissants, cheese, baguette and chocolate cake too!! Good coffee on top. The staff were super helpful.

personnel was friendly and helpful. the room was large, nice decorated and well organized. breakfast was simple but fine.

lady was ironing at the entry with music very loud while we were having breakfast. she should not put her radio so loud and disturb the clients. by the way we could not ask her anything for the breakfast because the music was too loud

Beautiful house, very close to the centre. Ideal for visiting Troyes center. Parking availability for free. Quiet neighbourhood. Spacious rooms, beautiful decorated.

- We booked a room with shower but got a bath tub... - Wifi-access codes only available on request. - Morning staff not very interested, we didn't feel to be at a B&B - rather hotel feeling. - Cold pancakes in the morning is not really a plus...
