The bedroom is well designed, and very comfortable; the building full of character and the staff were lovely. Great bathroom.

A beautiful place!!!!

We chose this hotel by chance. We found the hotel easily and the hotel staff helped us park our car (the streets are very narrow). The hotel is a classic building, the likes of which I have rarely seen. It is very beautiful and the staff are very helpful. We liked it very much. It is located right in the city center, on a quiet street. There are many restaurants in the area and lots to visit. I would definitely recommend it.

If you are looking for an elevated, old world France style experience, this is your place.

Great hotel. Like stepping back in time in old world France. Very charming, but current as well. Staff were great and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast and dinner were great as well.

The only thing to consider as the globe's temperatures continue to rise in summer, air conditioning would be great. They did offer a fan, but A/C would put this hotel in the highest category.

Location was excellent, down a quiet road and walking distance to centre. The staff were really helpful @nd friendly, nice bed and bathroom

The bedroom was quite dark, one side where the luggage was placed was quite dark, difficult to look. Also the toilet was separate from the shower, but you had to go through the bedroom to wash your hands. Disappointed at lack of fridge and toiletries, eg body lotion

A lovely hotel but with potential to be so much better. Expensive for low season and our experience.

Great location at edge of medieval district. Beautiful courtyard. Very nice breakfast although expensive at 31 Euro per head.

The room had no stand up shower, just a handset over the bath which was not really acceptable given the price of the room. This was not obvious from the booking details. The twin beds moved apart on castors. It would have worked better as a twin zip bed so we could put them together. TV was dated and detracted from the room decor which was otherwise characterful. We were not able to dine in the restaurant as we had not booked in advance. We wrongly assumed that we would have been able to eat at the hotel as we were staying there. The hotel did not reach out to us in advance as to whether we would want to book or to advise us that we should book dinner. This was disappointing.

Pretty poor and they seemed shocked when I wanted to pay the night before and not take breakfast.

Great location, very little else to like. This is a 2 star hotel masquerading as four star. At check-in the very officious receptionist set the tone for the stay. Having just arrived from a very good hotel the standard was even more marked, the picture of their swimming pool for example makes it look much larger than it is, my guess is 6 x 12 that's feet not meters.

The room was very tired and the air conditioning unit barely worked. It was 30C outside and the unit was situated in the corridor between the bedroom and bathroom. The bath had a hand held shower with nowhere to hang the shower head. no shower screen or curtain, awful. If we hadn't spent the previous 8 hours travelling we would have checked out and gone elsewhere I did toy with the idea of sleeping in the car at least the air con worked.
